Abbey's massage motto is give it weight and wait. She uses slow, deep compression to give a therapeutic experience without sacrificing relaxation. She believes in listening carefully to you and working WITH you and not ON you to help you find relief. Respecting your comfort level and using your breath, she'll help you find and release tension, pain, and anxiety. She also loves using techniques from Thai massage to stretch and open the body, and she may use her feet and knees in addition to her hands and elbows to give deeper pressure. If you'd like to try Thai massage, just make sure to wear comfortable, stretchy clothing to allow for more movement!
Ally has been a massage therapist and yoga instructor for over ten years. Previously an esthetician and hair stylist, she discovered her passion for helping others through the power of touch. After getting certified in 2010, she quickly delved into various therapeutic modalities such as cupping, ashiatsu, and orthopedic massage. Her education led her all the way to Thailand, where she trained as a Thai yoga massage therapist. Combining her love for massage therapy and yoga, she has a mix of experience that allows her to empower others to lead strong, flexible, and pain-free lives. If you have shoulder pain, neck pain, or just general stiffness, Ally’s knowledge of myofascial release will leave you feeling renewed in your range of motion and ability to move easier.

Hi I’m Bobbie! My love for puzzles, yoga, and serving others led me to become a massage therapist. I love to give massages that are balanced and deep-yet-relaxing, so you can expect to feel a little “massage drunk” when you leave. I spend time working intuitively through the fascial layers in order to target knots and tight muscles. I don’t shy away from the time and effort it takes to massage because, for me, it’s all about gaining better mobility over time and improving overall wellness, and that’s something I want everyone to experience!
Catie’s passion for massage stemmed from wanting to help people become more comfortable in their bodies. Being an active person with a love for exercise through weight training, running, yoga and hiking, bodywork has been an integral tool in her life. Her work is a mixture of effective, focused, therapeutic, and soothing touch for the nervous system. She is especially focused on working through the tissue layer by layer - addressing fascia, muscle tissue and trigger points. Catie loves working with individuals on ways to live a happier life!

A curiosity for anatomy fuels Mattie's approach so no matter what pain you're coming in with, Mattie is working to find the source.
