- This is a comprehensive breathing evaluation to confirm that I can help improve your health. During this time, we will figure out which breathing retraining class is best for you, and give you a few simple tools to get started right away.
- 75 min craniosacral therapy/bodywork - $150

A session begins with a basic written intake form, followed by a more detailed verbal history, and a skilled assessment. With over 25 years' experience in massage/bodywork, including Reiki and craniosacral therapy, Sara draws from multiple approaches, mostly originating in osteopathic manual therapy, with the goal to facilitate your fullest expression of vitality. In Sara's practice, there is a fluidity between structural, functional, myofascial, fluidic and craniosacral therapies. Reiki is also available. Sara works with people of all ages, from before birth to over 100.
- Visitors' Breath Re-Training Program - 5 sessions - $450 (call for appointment)
- This breathing retraining class is ideal for people who come from out of town, as it occurs in 1.5 - 2 hour increments over four successive days, with a follow-up private session a month later, via Skype.
- Standard Breath Re-Training Class - 5 sessions - $450 (call for appointment)

- Sara offers Reiki training for individuals and small groups. She is interested in teaching those who want to explore their own unique relationship with the Universal Life Force Energy.
- Pediatric craniosacral bodywork - $75
- Craniosacral sessions for babies and young children vary in the length of time, because young ones have the ability to normalize quickly.
- tele-health - $85
- Sara listens, assesses and helps you trouble-shoot health challenges via video conference call. Time varies, depending on the concerns of the client. Price is on a sliding scale.
- Distance Reiki/grid work - $125 (call for appointment)
- Sara offers energy work over distance. When you make an appointment, you tell me what you want addressed. After making an appointment, Sara will text you just before to make sure you are comfortably reclining or lying down, ready to receive. The energy work usually lasts about 45 minutes. Then we meet via FaceTime/Skype/Zoom to answer questions and discuss. Price is on a sliding scale.
