EGYM Smart Strength Machines:
For Beginners. For Experts. For Real People. Smart Strength unlocks a new era of personalized workout experiences for all, combining effective exercises with a personalized, motivating user experience. The EGYM strength circuit takes just 20 minutes to complete – providing a full body workout in a short period of time. Workouts are customized and as you progress through each training, you will be served with workouts that will continue to challenge you and help you to build strength.

Get Started 1
Just joining the YMCA? Returning to a fitness routine following a break? Looking to reach new goals? Working around aches, pains, or injury? Our Get Started program includes 2 FREE sessions with a Wellness Coach. You will spend time with your coach reviewing your fitness history and short and long term goals to determine what tools and programs we have that would best help you move along in your wellness journey. These appointments are available to all members age 14+.

Your Wellness Coach will help you reach long and short term goals as well as educate you to add quality to your workouts and goal setting. We want to see you succeed! Silver Sneakers Stability
Silver Sneakers Stability: Get stronger and improve your balance through exercises that strengthen the ankle, knee and hip joints all in a fun and social setting. This class is designed specifically for fall prevention.

Please register for MX4 on the home page of your YMCA App. In each 45-minute session, members will be guided through scientifically-validated programming designed to offer members a non-intimidating workout that:
enhances stability to aid rehabilitation and reduce the risk of falls
builds functional strength to reduce the risk of injury and maintain independence
boosts flexibility for improved range of motion and greater freedom of movement
improves cardiovascular health for increased energy and quality of life
provides personal coaching and attention from a certified instructor

Functional Mobility
Please register for Functional Mobility on the home page of your YMCA App. Functional Mobility is a 30 minute class that will help improve your range of motion and flexibility in a safe and functional way. It is a combination of yoga, targeted stretching and foam roller movements that will help you recover faster from strenuous workouts.
Functional Strength
Functional strength training focuses on exercising several muscles and joints together rather than working a particular muscle or group of muscles independently, resulting in an individual being able to perform activities of daily living with greater ease. Build strength and confidence!
