This is an introductory 40-minute planning session. We'll move quickly, so come prepared to "push up your sleeves" and take action!

>> I’ll support you in making sure they’re measurable, attainable & properly defined
>> I’ll help you come up with a powerful action plan
>> We’ll identify any obstacles
>> You'll receive a pre-session questionnaire to clarify your goals so that our time together will be more productive and focused.

You'll leave the session with a short individualized action plan and we'll also see if it would be a fit for us to do more work together.
