Onboarding Session - $0
Your Fitness Professional will get to know you, why you joined the LWC and help you to be as successful as possible. Expect to create results based goals, get some functional movement in for us to define a starting point for you, and schedule your Intro to Training session as a follow-up.
Intro to Training - $0
This session is a follow-up from your Onboarding Session. This is a workout session, built from everything we learned about you in the Onboarding Session, with the goals we created together in mind. This may be the start of an exercise program for you to work through on your own or side-by-side with your Fitness Professional - your choice!
Intro to Nutrition/Wellness - $0
This session is a follow-up from your Onboarding Session. This session focuses on all thing important for reaching your goals, not exercise related. Your Nutrition/Wellness Coach will help pinpoint a couple of behaviors to work on that will make the biggest impact to your health and fitness goals we created during your Onboarding Session. This may be the start of a nutrition and wellness program for you to work through on your own or side-by-side with your Nutrition/Wellness Coach - your choice!

This is an introduction to our MYZONE Heart Rate Training classes. We will talk about why you joined our MYZONE classes, define your SMART goals, and uncover any potential exercise restrictions. You will receive your MYZONE heart rate strap, download the MYZONE app and get an overview of your weeks to come during class.

Nutrition/Wellness

Nutrition Coaching - $50
What should I eat? When should I eat? How much should I eat? Food can be confusing! The world we live in does not make understanding optimal nutrition easy or create an environment in which it is easy to do so. Let's demystify the myths together! Every person has their own set of circumstances and preferences so every nutrition program created must be unique to the individual. Together we will plan and implement the perfect nutrition program for you!
Wellness Coaching - $50
Wellness is so much more than eating well and working out! Optimal wellbeing comes from finding what motivates you, as well as understanding how and why self-sabotage occurs. When we understand what makes us tick, what drives us, and what our innate strengths are, we are able to create a life of less stress, more joy, and a healthier overall human! Wellness Coaching sessions include one-on-one conversation, non-judgmental discussion, guidance through all things wellness, and support throughout the process. Be curious about who you most authentically are and courageously embrace the shifts that lead to significant change in your life experience!

Metabolic Testing

CardioCoach Assessment - $50
This cardio-based assessment is one of the most effective ways to refine your workout program, based on your metabolism and your goals. The assessment itself lasts about 30 minutes and will tell us your personal heart rate zones, at what intensity you work at to reach those zones, the number of calories burned in each zone and the percentage of those calories burned from fat vs. carbohydrates.

We will then spend the rest of the hour defining the way we want to use your results in your program. The results and your 4-week program are given to you in the second session, your CardioCoach Interpretation, all of which are loaded into your KORR mobile app.

Please remember the following:
- No exercise 24 hours prior
- No vigorous exercise 48 hours prior
- No alcohol 24 hours prior
- No caffeine 6 hours prior
- No food 1 hour prior
- Water only for liquids 6 hours prior

CardioCoach Re-Assessmemnt - $40
This is a re-assessment for anyone who has previously completed a CardioCoach Assessment and Interpretation. This does not include an Interpretation. We will email a report to you of your new heart rate zones, workloads for each zone, calories burned in each zone and percentage of calories burned from fat vs. carbohydrates in each zone. These results will also be uploaded into your KORR mobile app, as well as your 4-week cardio program.

These re-assessment results will also be uploaded into your KORR mobile app.

Cardio, Strength and Core. Hit your body from head to toe with this great mix of a workout!
15/15/15
Three dynamite formats packed into one intense class! If you are somebody that likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class, because it can change at any time! It will be a combination of upper body strength, cardio and core, and lower body strength - but every week will be a surprise!
Bootcamp
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and fun!
Cardio Interval
This class will combine the elements of weight lifting with aerobic exercise, stability training, agility training, yoga and flexibility. With a "High Energy" setting, the use of limited rest between intervals will give you a surefire workout to a new healthy you!
Cycle & Core
All the fun of cycling, but the added fun of an intense core workout at the end to round out the class!
MaxT3
This workout utilizes the T3 principles. Varying the Time, Type and Tempo of "bootcamp style" exercises in a 30 minute workout to maximize your time and results. Expect plenty of cardio and full body strengthening in this one!
Pilates
Learn the basic series of exercises upon which the entire Pilates method is built. The heavy emphasis on abdominal strengthening is a necessity at every fitness level.
Power Hour
Sculpting, toning and strengthening your entire body fast is the goal of this class! This hour-long class will use a combination of barbells, dumbbells and full body movements to focus on fat burning. Low weight loads and high repetition movements in is this class' secret to increase your overall strength and condition of your body from head to toe!
Pilates/Barre
A barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements paired with the basic series of exercises of Pilates upon which the entire Pilates method is built. The heavy emphasis on abdominal strengthening is a necessity at every fitness level.
Yoga
Go through various yoga movements to increase your mobility and destress!
Cycle and Yoga
All the fun of cycling, but the added mobility and destressing of yoga!
