Crystal grew up in California. She was lucky enough to complete her undergrad studies (science and massage therapy) in Monterey Bay and her grad program (Traditional Chinese Medicine and Asian Bodywork Program) in Santa Cruz. After graduating, Crystal traveled to China for one month and interned throughout 20 hospitals in Huanzhou, China with Zhejiang Medical University. She owned a clinic in San Francisco and then made her way to Colorado to fulfill her dreams of working in Community Acupuncture, following the treatment style in China; where everyone is treated in the same communal room. She and her colleague, Jamie, dreamt even bigger and decided to open the first nonprofit acupuncture clinic in Colorado. Crystal is very passionate about the work she does and loves growing with her patients as they heal themselves through this powerful medicine.
