60 Minute massage session. Includes hot stones on posterior body, and hot towels/heat.

- Prenatal-Massage 60 - $105

Prenatal massage provided for Non high risk, expectant mothers, usually in their second and third trimester. Doctor approval required. *Ask therapist about first trimester massages*

- Post natal massages can start from delivery/ day coming home for vaginal deliveries or after c-section incision has healed. Consultation must be made before first appointment to make sure this is a right fit for you. Massage set is is similar to prenatal massages, with head and legs elevated, and side lying position. Post natal/ Post Partum massage includes abdominal work as well. The 60 min massage is usually after a few 90 minutes sessions have been done, and the new mom is feeling more comfortable with a slightly quicker pace. (Please also ask about the in home 30 days post partum package)

Please call for prices, services/packages. Post Partum massages, on the abdomen/uterus, are given beginning moments after delivery, usually by the attending nurses. Full body massage, including the abdomen/uterus continue daily (typically*) for up to 30-40 days post partum, in home, with massages decreasing from 90 mins after the first 5-7 sessions, to between 45-60mins for the remainder of the sessions

- Acupressure face and scalp massage. Face is cleansed and toned, massaged and loosened with acupressure techniques on face, scalp and neck. Includes hot towels. Oil is used, and will be in hair. Helps to reduce and alleviate stress and tension, opens sinuses, and moves lymph fluid for less stagnation, plus better looking and healthier appearing and toned looking skin! Which is always a win. Cupping can be added to this as well, see add on menu.

- Dynamic, gliding, cupping added on to the face and neck. To help promote lymph drainage, reduce tension, fine lines, puffiness, and increase an overall healthier look to the face and neck
- Abdominal Massage add on - $20
- Massage of the abdomen to help promote relaxation, support digestion, and tonifying of the abdominal cavity. This can be added onto any massage session. Heat applied to belly for a few minutes at the end of the massage!

Session in basic techniques/body mechanics for the non professional. Price is per couple (partner/friend), no single registrants permitted. No minors. This is for informational purposes only. Anything taught does not qualify or permit you to practice
or perform massage therapy, to treat or diagnose, in any capacity, or location, upon completion. Non CE class. Lomo'Da Massage and any of its partners, associates, employees, contractors, leasing agents, shall not be held responsible or accountable for any negligence or harm for any participant of any event, on or offsite. Any inappropriate behavior, comments or conduct towards any person at any time will result in immediate removal from the class, studio/ location or property. No refunds. Partial credit may be given, but considered case by case. Other rules and guidelines may apply. By registering you agree to these terms.
Loose, thin clothing suggested, t-shirt, leggins, joggers, tank top, shorts. Although lotions will be provided, this class does not have undressed participants. lotions will/can be used on exposed areas, or techniques will be done without lotions, over clothing. It is suggested you bring 1 or 2 pillows. a sheet and towels will be provided. Work will be done on mats, as you will most likely be doing the work at home on a surface level with your partner. - JUDGEMENT FREE LEARNING ZONE! COME ONE, COME NONE, COME BOTH!! Learn the benefits of self breast massage for maintaining healthy breast tissue. Possibly decrease the need for biopsies by getting to know your body and your breast tissue. Good lymphatic flow is usually stagnant in the breast and chest area, and possibly leading to increased pain and other ailments in the body. Females only.
