60 Minute Massage
A 60-minute session usually addresses a primary and or secondary complaint. It can also be designed to incorporate a full body massage experience.
90 Minute Massage
A 90-minute visit is recommended for injuries and treatment massage. It can include orthopedic and musculoskeletal evaluation and measurements. 90-minutes allows for more detail in massage techniques to address a client’s complaints and compensations. This visit also includes extra time for self-care strategies.

Thai Massage

60 Minute Thai Massage
60 minute Thai Massage can address multiple areas in the body, but is really recommended for deeper focus on just a couple.

Please wear comfortable clothing you can stretch and move in as you will lie fully clothed on a massage table or a mat on the ground. The practitioner will use stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques with their hands, feet, and knees to relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve flexibility and circulation.We recommend stretchy pants, short-sleeve shirt, and a long-sleeve, and socks.

Thai Massage is the ultimate in unlocking mobility restrictions and loosening sticky areas in the body. It involves deep compressions and stretching in a skilled and thoughtful way. Many people say Thai Massage gets into areas like hips, low back, and shoulders in a much different way than traditional massage and releases multiple connections at once.

90 Minute Comprehensive Evaluation - Start with this
We recommend a 90-minute session for new patients. This will allow time for a comprehensive injury evaluation, or preventative injury evaluation, PLUS exercise prescription and treatment. A thorough analysis will be done with measurements for range-of-motion and flexibility, gait anaylsis, ligamentous stability testing, muscle testing, and neuromuscular facilitation. High School Sports Screen (Private) - $50
PLEASE NOTE: This session cannot be used to replace the pre participation exam from your Primary Care Physician

Utilize this pre-season sports screen as a supplement to your Pre Season Physical. This screening process will give your coach and sports medicine staff valuable information on specific ways to help you prevent injuries this season.

DETAILS:
This screen will cover strength, balance, motor function, movement patterns, joint mobility, and stability. Knowing this information is important to prevent future ligament, cartilage, muscular, or soft tissue injuries.

Each athlete will receive specific exercises based on the results of their screen that can be incorporated during their warm-up or pre-hab program this season. Exercises will be provided immediately after the screen if time allows, otherwise you will receive a link with exercises and videos to demonstrate proper technique. The exercises will also be given to coaches and athletic trainers to be able to utilize and implement this season.

Note: This is comprehensive and specific musculoskeletal screening is supplementary. It is not intended to replace the required annual physical from your primary care physician. The annual physical is necessary for the best possible healthcare of the athlete for screening all other systems of body.
