Fitness comes from actively seeking exercise and using correct form. You will be working out with a friend, when training with me. Expect to be greeted with a smile and warmth, plus the motivation to bring evidence-based exercise programs drawn from my personal experiences, research, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree. I enjoy working with the general population (young and old) with a concentration in the elderly, functional fitness, and injury prevention.

I want to help clients change their mindset around fitness. Living a healthy lifestyle does not have to be seen as a chore or something that takes a ton of effort. I believe everyone has the ability to achieve their desired goals and lifestyles changes and I am here to provide that support.

Throughout my life, my passion has always been helping others. Outside of personal training, I am studying to become an Occupational Therapist, so I can take my passion for helping others to the next level. Helping someone succeed or overcome an obstacle creates genuine value and meaning in my life, and also in my client’s.

I specialize in aspects of athletics, human performance, weight management, lifestyle, and mind-body fitness. Four things for fitness success: healthy food (moderation), exercise, think, and believe. Fitness is not being better than someone else. It is about being better than used to be.

Breann has her BS in Exercise Science, and Masters in Health Promotion Management. She has over 12 years experience in group and personal training. Breann enjoys working with women who are striving for weight loss and improving strength.
