Forrest Yoga for Breast Cancer Beginners 45mins
For breast cancer patients, carers and family members of Aurora Breast Cancer and Wellbeing, and the Ridgeway. This yoga class focusses on your breath and on making you feel more grounded and comfortable in your changing or changed body, through the use of poses that safely stretch, strengthen, and relax the body. You will need to meet the following criteria to take part in this live on-line class: you are reasonably mobile and can move independently, that your needs can be addressed in an online setting, and that all surgical incisions are healed. This class is also available to those caring for a family member or a friend. For breast cancer patients, carers and family members of Aurora Breast Cancer and Wellbeing, and the Ridgeway. A 50-60minute series of gentle yoga poses combined with healing breath work. The focus is on building strength, stimulating the lymphatic system, improving flexibility and balance, reducing anxiety and relaxing in a supportive environment, virtually. In this hour we'll connect the mind, body, breath and heart breathing towards a sense of peace, well-being and wholeness. Forrest Yoga for Intermediate/Advanced 90mins
Let's kick some Forrest Yoga butt! With delicious intelligent and intuitive sequencing this hard-work-from-my-home-to-your-home class will loosen and stretch the upper back and shoulders, open the hips in ways you've never tried before, and of course give the belly something to remember! Although I will not be able to give physical hands on assists, I'll be able to see you, and will be able to cue you as we work alongside each other. This class is fun, you are more than likely to go upside down at least twice, and you'll see, the class will fly by, leaving you worked, yet totally renewed....

Whether you are working with an injury, an emotional issue, want to recalibrate without being part of a 'virtual online group,' want to improve your practice, one to ones are a brilliant way of making progress quickly. All one to ones will be via Zoom so I can see you and cue you, and we can interactively work together on the things that you want for your wellbeing/fun!
