Standard First Aid with Basic Life Support (CPR-HCP) - $158

This course requires an online component to be completed at home on your own time PLUS attending one and a half days of in-person training (one full day from 8:30 - 3:30 to complete the first aid plus another four hour class to complete the BLS (HCP).

Basic Life Support (CPR-HCP) Full Course - $56.50

Basic Life Support (CPR-HCP) meets the requirements for your health science college or university program or requirements to maintain employment for your career in healthcare.

This professional course includes 2-responder CPR skills for adults, children and infants in a professional setting. It has been designed to build your confidence in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills and provide the important steps to perform a rapid assessment, perform Basic Life Support (BLS) skills and perform rapid defibrillation.

Basic Life Support (CPR-HCP) 4 Hour RECERT - $56.50

Proof of a valid Canadian Red Cross Standard First Aid with CPR-C certificate from a full course is required prior to enrolment confirmation. If you already have a re-certification or your certificate has expired you will have to take the full course this time. If you have a certificate issued by a different provider (St. Johns' Ambulance, Heart & Stroke, etc.) then you will have to return to the original company to renew or sign up for a full course with us.

Standard First Aid & Basic Life Support (CPR-HCP) RECERT - $135.40

To attend this refresher course you must have 2 Canadian Red Cross certificates; one for Standard First Aid and one for Basic Life Support (CPR-HCP). Each certificate must be from an original course that hasn’t expired. If either certificate is expired or already a re-certification then the full course is required this time. NOTE: Copies of both of your current certificates are required to confirm attendance in this training.

First Aid & CPR-C Courses

This hybrid course is a blended learning format to provide more flexibility to accommodate busy lives. While achieving the same level of training and certification as the traditional 2-day classroom only course, blended learning requires an on-line component to be completed prior to attending an in-class session.

Emergency First Aid/CPR - C - $107.15

Re-certification Courses

Community Workshops

Family First Aid - $35

Presented by a certified First Aid Instructor, this safety & prevention seminar* is specially designed for parents and care-givers of infants and children. Content includes how to recognize and respond to childhood emergencies such as choking, allergic reactions, and drowning. The workshop also includes important information regarding poisons, SIDS and Shaken Baby Syndrome.
