I’m are writing to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to my service pricing, effective August 2025.
To ensure a smooth booking process and minimize no-shows, we will also be implementing a $25 non-refundable deposit for all appointments, effective immediately! This deposit will be credited towards your final service cost. This policy helps us protect my time and ensures that confirmed appointments are attended.

Things to remember when dropping off lace for customizations
You must drop off hair/lace 2-3 days (before your appt before 5 pm
You must inform me that you are bringing hair, so that I can make sure that day work for me and someone is there)
Don’t bring hair in on a Thursday needing it done for
Friday or sat (thur-sat are my busy days)
Please label all hair (name/appt)
If you’re getting a wig or closure re installed please make sure that the lace is clean of any buildup and glue (additional fee to clean)
If you bring a lace or frontal to be customized the day of your appt, there will be a $25inconvenience fee)

- Cleaning lace removing debris, relaying lace, & style! This don’t include shampooing( if wig is removed that is not a maintenance that’s a lace wig install)

- Up to 3 bundles extra 25$ For each additional bundle. I DO NOT FLAT IRON DEEP WAVE!
