POLICY (call for appointment)

Booking Fee
A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee of $50 is required to secure your appointment. The booking fee will go towards your service and the remaining balance will be due the day of the appointment. I accept cash or Zelle

We will send out a confirmation text message a day before your appointment, you are required to confirm yes or no to your appointment. If you do not your confirm your appointment, your appointment will be automatically cancelled & your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please note that cancellation will result in loss of booking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify me 72 hours before your appointment. I allow only 2 rescheduling per client. For any last minute cancellation/rescheduling(less than 72 hours from your initial appointment date), your booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to re-book

Late or No Shows
I allow a 15 minute grace period from start of your appointment. If you miss this window, we will have to reschedule as there will not be enough time to complete the procedure. Your booking fee will be forfeited and any future appointments will require a new rebooking fee. Any client that no call no show for their appointment will automatically forfeit their booking fee and will automatically be charged 50% OF THE SERVICE. No exceptions, no excuses.

Previous Work Done
If you have had previous work done on your brows, you MUST send me clear photos of your bare brows PRIOR to booking your appointment. If you book an appointment without getting approval first and I’m not able to correct them for you. You will lose your booking fee. Your brows must be 70-80% faded in order to be considered. If you book "new set" and did not inform me that you had previous work done. There is a chance I may not be able to work on your brows and therefore your booking fee will be forfeited

You must be clear of any of the restrictions below BEFORE booking an appointment

RESTRICTIONS (call for appointment)

If any these applies to you, please DO NOT book

- under 18 years old
- pregnant and/or breastfeeding
- sick (e.g. coughing, flu)
- allergic to pigmentation and makeup
- skin rash, eczema, blisters, blemishes, acne, psoriasis around the eyebrow area
- have a viral infection or transmittable disease (e.g. HIV, hepatitis)
- have cancer and/or undergoing chemo/radiation
- taking blood thinning medication
- diabetic (require doctor's clearance)
- tanning in the sun/booth —> important must be ceased 2 weeks before
- on skin treatment (e.g. accutane, antibiotics, iron supplements)
- have a history of keloid scarring
- have vitiligo
- have hemophilia or any bleeding disorder
- have high blood pressure
- prone to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
- had Botox done within the last 4-6 weeks prior to your appointment

If you have ANY health issues please consult with your doctor first before booking an appointment

PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS (call for appointment)

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- NO alcohol or caffeine 24 hours prior to your appointment (no coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks)
- NO blood thinners 3 days prior (ibuprofen, aspirin, vitamin e, fish oil, niacin)
- Avoid threading/waxing 3 days prior to your appointment
- Avoid any products that contain Retin-A for 2 weeks prior to your appointment
- Botox and fillers must be done 4 weeks before or after your appointment
- Antibiotics and steroid medication must wait at least 2 weeks out before or after treatment
- Recent chemical peel (must wait 2 weeks)
- Laser treatment in the area to be treated. (must wait 8 weeks out)
- Do not get brow lamination within 2–4 weeks of your appointment — the skin may be too sensitive and can affect pigment retention
- Exfoliate your skin with a facial scrub/wash and moisturize your skin 1 week prior to your appointment to prep your skin for the procedure. (Recommended exfoliater: cetaphil extra gentle daily scrub)
- If you have a large pimple/acne on the area to be worked on, please contact me to reschedule.

NEW CLIENTS:
- A consent form will be sent to your email a day before your appointment. Please fill it out and send it back to me before your appointment. Please include pictures of your bare brows (front & side views) for reference

Brow Services

Ombré Powder Brows — Virgin Brows - $50

VIRGIN BROWS (no previous work done). $50 booking fee is required. Remaining balance is due at the appointment (cash or Zelle). Does not include touch up prices.

Ombré powder brows is a semi-permanent powder brow technique that resembles a soft shaded powder look. The tails of the brows are darker and fade into a light start at the front of the brows. Giving that ombré effect.

Prices: $550
Procedure time: 2-2.5 hours
Pain: minimal to no pain. Topical aesthetics will be applied before and during the procedure
Healing time: 7-14 days
Healed results: 10-30% lighter in color and shrink in sizes. It may last up to 2-3 years depending on aftercare, skin type, and lifestyle

Correction/Cover Up Brows - previously tattoo/microbladed brows - $50

CLIENTS WITH PREVIOUS WORK DONE $50 booking fee is required. Remaining balance is due at the appointment (cash or Zelle). Does not include touch up prices.

MUST READ** it is required that you must send me 3 clear photos of your current eyebrows (full face, no make up, no filters) before booking your appointment for consideration. If you book an appointment before getting approval from me and I’m not able to correct your brows for you, you will lose your non-refundable deposit.

This service is for those who have had any previous work done (powder brows/microblading) that have faded into a red/blue/green/purple. Any old unwanted color must be corrected and neutralized first before putting the new target color. Correction/cover up may take more than 1 session to achieve desired results. Your brows has to be 70-80% faded in order to be considered. Please keep in mind NOT EVERY BROWS ARE CORRECTABLE.

Natural, hair-like strokes in the front of the brows using a nano machine, combined with soft ombré shading throughout the rest of the brows.

TOUCH UP/COLOR REFRESHER - $50 (call for appointment)

Touch ups are done ONLY for returning clients. Any changes/adjustments that needs to be done can be adjusted at the touch-up session Touch up prices are based off of your last initial appointment. So please schedule accordingly as appointments times are subject to availability. Contact me to book your touch up via text/email/DM on Instagram.

Any last minute cancellation/rescheduling will result in charge of a nonrefundable $50 rescheduling fee.
