The Application applies to these requirements (1.) Already an established client of record or business known to Beautifully Well PLLC and (2.) Resident/Event is located beyond city limits. (3) After Applying for the service wait for processing (4) Email follow-up.
Safety and protection is our top priority. If you are a non business, it is prefered, the service never enters the residents domain. Expect to pay a round trip fee of a $1/mile starting from city limits. Confirmations and appointment reminders will be sent out.
Mobile Cancelation Policy: Please allow 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule through a provided link or by calling directly the phone # (406) 231-3766 only. If the appointment reminders are not confirmed before 48 hours and mileage fee is not paid in full via link or by phone before the 48 hour deadline then the scheduled event will be considered automatically cancelled and NO refunds.
