Boing! Lawrence Weston Community Play Cafe - £6

Please note:
• This £6 is an online booking fee per table. You will also need to pay £1 entry per adult/child* upon arrival (except for children aged under 1 year).
(* We also have a continuous offer where we charge only £1 entry upon arrival per set of twins/triplets/multiples).
• Each table booking is for a maximum of 5 people (that includes all adults and all children).
• This booking is for Boing! Lawrence Weston which is run by a different organisation to the other Boing!s. You won't be able to move or transfer your booking to one of the other Boing!s.

Boing! Lawrence Weston Play Cafe is a relaxed, unstructured, session for parents/carers of 0-5 year olds. Our softplay will provide a fun space for the children, whilst you, as parents/carers, can have some respite, play with your children and/or meet others over a hot drink, snack or lite-bite from our affordable cafe.

Whilst we try to accommodate requests left in the notes section it may not always be possible. If you have an urgent request please e-mail boing@communitychurch-lw.co.uk with at least 48 hours notice.

IMPORTANT: please ensure that you enter the correct e-mail address. Your booking and payment will ONLY be processed when you receive an email booking confirmation. If you do NOT receive an e-mail confirmation, the booking has not been processed and no payment has been collected from your account (occasionally banks capture payment details which can show on banking apps as a 'pending' payment).

Little Wonders is a fun, slightly more structured session for 0-5s. There will be guided craft activities available for the children and, of course, our softplay is also available (although only at certain times). The session ends with singing and a story.

Our café will open throughout the session enabling you to enjoy the session with something naughty or nice from our café. This session fills up quickly so please book ahead. It's unlikely we will be able to accept walk-ins.

Boing! LW Parties

Boing! Lawrence Weston Party - £199

We will be very pleased to host your celebration party.

• Please note that we cannot exceed a maximum capacity of 45 in the room. In terms of adults and children, we suggest 20 adults and 25 children (not including children under 6 months of age) but this is flexible as long as the overall number of party attendees doesn't exceed 45.

• Boing! and our equipment has been designed for 0-5year olds. Older children won't be able to access it unless they are sensibly looking after young siblings/guests.

• Parties MUST finish 30 minutes before the end of the booking time to enable you and your team of helpers and Boing! staff to clear, clean and tidy the room before the arrival of our next guests.

• It is up to you when you start the party - you can have as much or as little setup time as you wish. Most Party Organisers choose not to have any setup time - the venue is well set up for parties and it's much less stressful. Those who do, choose to have 15-30 minutes setup time which then gives between 1hr 30m and 1hr 45m for the party before clear up time.

• Our party booking times are:
○ 9-11.30am (so the party itself, including any set up time, will be from 9-11am followed by 30 minutes of tidy/clean up time).
○ 12-2.30pm (so the party itself, including any set up time, will be from 12-2pm followed by 30 minutes of tidy/clean up time).
○ 3-5.30pm (so the party itself, including any set up time, will be from 3-5pm followed by 30 minutes of tidy/clean up time).
