My name is Peter Vu and I am a Veteran and Certified Personal Trainer. Fitness has been a part of my life for over 20 years. Growing up I played basketball and Football, and when I could no longer compete at the highest, I joined the military and found my passion of bodybuilding and powerlifting. I keep my competitive drive going by competing and coaching athletes in their strength training. I am excited to use my knowledge and experience to help people towards their fitness and health goals. My training stems from teaching the fundamentals of weightlifting, coaching powerlifters for their competition, and aiding first responders to get ready for courses and recertifications. I am committed to getting clients beyond their goals and keeping that competitive drive going. As a client, you can expect workouts programmed specifically for your goals and needs, as well as the motivation and accountability to obtain them.
