Available Year Round during Open Hours of the Lost Rios Indoor Waterpark at Chula Vista Resort!
Check In for Indoor Waterpark Cabanas is within One Hour of your Start Time and at the Indoor Waterpark Entrance (For Example: If you booked a full day (10am through 6-9pm), you can check in with our Waterpark Front Desk team any time from 10am until 11am). If you booked a 4pm-9pm reservation, you can check in any time from 4pm until 5pm). Check In after the first hour may result in a "No-Show", to which your cabana may be resold and you will be charged for the full day rate as a "No-Show" for the rental. Payment for your Cabana will be taken from the Attendant when you arrive to Check In; please present any Club Member Discounts or Gift Card/Gift Certificates to the Attendant at Check In so that we may appropriately apply the correct rate. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and resort guests may charge their Cabana Rentals to their guestroom if they have a valid credit card on file with the Resort.
Outdoor Cabanas
Available Memorial Day through Labor Day
Check In for Outdoor Cabanas is from 10am - 11am on the day of your rental at Cactus Bar & Grille, our Outdoor Waterpark eatery; check in after 11am may result in a "No-Show", to which your cabana may be resold and you will be charged for the full day rate as a "No-Show" for the rental. Payment for your Cabana will be taken from the Attendant when you arrive to Check In; please present any Club Member Discounts or Gift Card/Gift Certificates to the Attendant at Check In so that we may appropriately apply the correct rate. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and resort guests may charge their Cabana Rentals to their guestroom if they have a valid credit card on file with the Resort.
Please note - Waterpark Admission is NOT included in the cost of any Cabana Rental.
