Massage Services

60 Minute Swedish Massage - $75
One Hour of Massage using a basis of light to medium-pressure Swedish techniques for whole-body health and wellness that is both relaxing and therapeutic. Add-ons available include Deep Tissue and Cupping Therapy for $10 additional.
60 Minute Sports Massage - $85
Sports Massage focuses on particular muscle groups used in the performance of a sport and utilizes deep tissue/neuromuscular techniques and massage tools (IASTM) to release adhesions and scar tissue and improve soft tissue extensibilty. (Ex: For runners the 60 minutes may cover just the legs.) Sports massage can be helpful pre and post-event as well as throughout training. Both athletes and weekend warriors alike can benefit. Cupping, if desired, is also offered free of charge.
30 min Massage - $48
30 minutes of massage targeting specific areas - perfect for problem spots like neck or back, or "charlie-horses".
45 min Massage - $60
45 minutes of massage - perfect for some extended work on problem areas like back and neck
60 Min Medical Massage - $90
Medical massage utilizes clinically-focused massage techniques and is appropriate for those with a prescription from a physician (deemed medically necessary) such as VACCN patients, or those with insurance reimbursement from an Auto Insurance or Worker's Comp Company following an accident. Medical massage includes all documentation, including patient receipts and clinical progress notes (S.O.A.P. notes), and correspondence to healthcare providers, claims adjusters, and attorneys as appropriate. Perfect for when you need more attention than the one-hour massage.
90 min Swedish Massage - $110
90 minutes offers plenty of time for all body areas for maximal therapeutic benefit utilizing classic Swedish style.

Prenatal massage includes techniques which are safe and nurturing, yet can effectively soothe common discomforts of pregnancy. Specialized cushions allow the expectant mother to lie face down and ensure optimal comfort.
60 Minute Lymphatic Drainage - $75
Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT) utilizes gentle, rhythmic movements to stimulate removal of excess fluid or edema, promote tissue healing, and aid in detoxification. Reducing swelling is very beneficial following surgery to help restore range of motion and especially helpful in all cosmetic/plastic surgeries where improving tissue texture and appearance are important.
60 min AromaTherapy Massage - $85
Full-Body Swedish Massage with a Customized Blend of Essential Oils for the ultimate therapeutic experience. Essential oils are the extracts from the stems, roots, and flowers of plants traditionally used for their therapeutic qualities. In aromatherapy, these oils are generally categorized as Relaxants, Balancing, Stimulants, and Euphorics for their effect on the brain via the sense of smell. For Aromatherapy Massage, you have your choice of oils depending on your goals for the session and your personal preferences.
60 min Hot Stone Massage - $90
Hot Stone massage utilizes smooth, ocean-polished stones that are heated and applied to the body to deliver the benefits of heat and massage to help tight muscles.
90 min Hot Stone Massage - $120
Hot stone massage utilizes smooth, ocean-polished stones that are heated and applied to the body to deliver the benefits of heat and massage to help tight muscles. The 90-minute session includes some Deep tissue massage for optimal therapeutic benefit.
120 min Massage - $160
This ultimate massage includes all modalities such as Cupping, IASTM, and Deep Tissue as desired.
30 Min Cellulite Massage w/FasciaBlaster - $55
Cellulite Massage utilizes the innovative FasciaBlaster® tool to actually break up or "lyse" cellulite which is the term used for the connective tissue/fascial restrictions that are responsible for the dreaded bumpy, "orange peel" appearance of skin and muscle tissue. The claws of the FasciaBlaster® dig deep into the layers of tissue to get to the "root" of the cellulite to create a desirable, smooth-tectured physique. This massage is a great choice for those who also own the FasciaBlaster but need extra help accessing problem areas or who want to accelerate their results.
Cupping Therapy - $15
Cupping can be integrated into a regular massage session for an extra $10 charge or be performed as this dedicated 15-minute service for extra therapeutic impact to specific areas.
45 Min FasciaBlaster Massage - $65
Targeted Massage which utilizes the headline-catching FasciaBlaster tool created by Ashley Black and now proven to break up adhesions and scar tissue restrictions in order to provide pain relief, increase flexibility and muscle performance, and dramatically reduce cellulite. WARNING: Some bruising is common with this type of bodywork.

PT Svcs & Dry Needling

Dry Needling - Add-On Svc - $20
This Add-on svc can be incorporated into any massage service over 45 minutes as an introduction to dry needling therapy for an established patient/client with a condition appropriate for this modality. To add this service, select dry needling from the add-on menu while booking your regular massage session.

Dry needling is a form of therapy in which fine filament needles are inserted into myofascial trigger points – i.e. painful knots in muscles, tendons, ligaments, or near nerves - in order to stimulate a healing response and decrease pain in many musculoskeletal conditions. Dry needling differs from acupuncture by means of the philosophy, clinical reasoning, and conditions treated by these procedures. Unlike acupuncture, dry needling does not have the purpose of altering the flow of energy (“Qi”) along traditional Chinese meridians but is a Western medicine, science-based intervention for the treatment of pain and dysfunction in musculoskeletal conditions.
Dry Needling - Initial Visit - $85
Initial Visit (of about 45 minutes duration) includes evaluation/assessment of condition and treatment along with dry needling (including electro-needling whereby electrodes are attached to the needles to deliver e-stim intra-muscularly).

Dry Needling - Established Patient - $80
For the established patient who wants comprehensive dry needling (including electro-needling) for a previously-evaluated condition. Session duration is about 45 minutes.

CranioSacral Therapy - 30 min - $50
Half-hour session utilizes some of the manipulations of the 10-step Protocol outlined by Dr. John Upledger, founder of CarnioSacral Therapy (CST) and the Upledger Institute. This short session usually emphasizes either cranial elements or sacral elements, depending on the client's issue.
CarnioSacral Therapy - 60 min - $75
Full session utilizes the 10-step Protocol outlined by Dr. John Upledger, founder of CarnioSacral Therapy (CST) and the Upledger Institute.
Joint Mobilization - $15 (call for appointment)
Joint Mobilization is a type of manual therapy in which joints are manipulated in order to stretch the joint capsule and other structures to achieve greater range of motion (ROM), as well as reduce pain and edema (swelling). These are especially effective techniques for shoulders, wrists, and ankles.
Ultrasound/E-Stim - $15 (call for appointment)
Appropriateness of Ultrasound and/or Electrical Stimulation dependent on physical evaluation and usually part of treatment program consisting of therapeutic exercise and manual therapy.
Kinesio Taping - $20
Therapeutic Exercise Prescription (call for appointment)
Custom-designed exercises and stretches to to deal with strength/flexibility impairments based on an evaluation...variable pricing

Nutritional Consultation - $45
