NEW PATIENTS are responsible for 3 very important things before their appointment:
1) Super quick virtual consultation with Devin via Zoom or FaceTime before being seen for your first appointment.
2) You will be EMAILED the consent via docusign within one BUSINESS DAY of booking. Meaning if you book during off hours, it will be sent sometime during the next business day. Use the SAME email address that you use to book your apt, to complete the docusign consent.
3) You must email a copy of your photo ID to Tammyfacebydevin@gmail.com which will be added to your medical record.
Once those 3 things are done, please come back & schedule the actual procedure you would like! If you are unable to complete those tasks within a few business days of booking, your appointment may be cancelled however you are welcome to begin the process again when are ready! - *WAITLIST or QUESTIONS*

- Botox
- You do not have to book a lip flip separately! You can get a lip flip during this appointment.
- Lip F L I P & Gummy Smile
- NOT filler (does not add volume into the lips like filler does. A lip flip is just a few units of botox above the top lip, causing it to subtly roll out, creating slightly more height at rest & preventing the top lip from tucking under when smiling. This is one potential cause of a gummy smile, another is caused by the muscles on either side of the nose which we can also treat during this appointment. Plus anything quick (not a brow lift) requiring 20 units or less (bunny lines, nasal tip lift, just in between the eyebrows, just the sides of the eyes, etc.)
- Lip FILLER
- If you have a severe anaphylactic BEE STING ALLERGY, you should NOT get lip filler or dissolver because of cross sensitivity. PLEASE AVOID Advil, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Motrin, Aleeve & ALCOHOL at least 48 hours but ideally up to 4 days before getting lip filler (they make you bleed badly). Lip injections can trigger a cold sore outbreak so those with a history of cold sores should take Valtrex one day before, the day of & for 3 days afterwards to prevent getting one. Take 1000 mg of Tylenol 1 hour before your appointment & plan to be swollen and/or bruised for about a week, especially the next day.
- Dissolving Lip Filler
- Cannot re-inject same day. Ideally wait 3 weeks.
- Contouring (Cheek, Chin, Jawline Filler)
