I have been a homeschool mom for 18 years and my oldest graduated two years ago. I have six children between 10 and 19. Two of my children have autism and intellectual disability so I am very familiar with special needs. I love doing testing and evaluating and look forward to helping your family with this process!
My name is Vanessa Podkomorski, and I am a homeschooling mom of three with 16 years of teaching experience. I spent 10 years teaching science to students in grades 6–12 before beginning my own homeschooling journey in 2020. I also work part time as a teacher with Mobile STEM Academy, where I participate in hands-on science labs with other homeschoolers. My passion is helping families feel confident and successful in their homeschool journey. I believe learning thrives in a peaceful, encouraging, and understanding environment, and I strive to support both students and parents as they grow and learn together.
