Summer House Cheese Class - $40 per person
If you’ve been to the Salon, you know we take our cheese seriously. There’s a whole wide world of great cheese out there, and we can’t feature them all on the Farmer’s Plate. So, we’re hosting cheese classes all season long, bringing unique cheeses from around the world here to share with you.

Join us for our first Cheese Class on Thursday March 20th from 5pm-6pm, lead by Rachel Freier, local cheese extraordinaire and certified American Cheese Society Cheese Professional. Each class will take a deep dive into cheeses from different regions around the world, paired with wines of the same region.

The first class will sensorially send us to the Loire Valley, France.
Four cheeses will be featured, paired with three wines.
