BOOKING POLICIES
To ensure every client receives the best experience, the following policies are in place:
DEPOSITS
New Client Booking (Includes Lash Kit) – $50
• $30 non-refundable deposit required to secure your appointment
• $20 lash care kit provided at your first visit
• Deposit is applied toward your service total
Returning Clients – $30 Deposit
• Non-refundable
• Applied toward your service total
Facial Appointments – $50 Deposit
• Lash kit not included
• Applied toward your service total
NO FOREIGN FILLS
• Lash extensions applied by another artist require removal prior to a new full set
REMAINING BALANCE
• Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment
• Accepted: Cash, Debit/Credit, Zelle, Apple Pay
• No checks accepted
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required
• One reschedule is allowed per appointment
• Rescheduled appointments must be within the following week (based on availability)
• Deposits may only be transferred once
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in loss of deposit
• If a rescheduled appointment is missed, a new deposit is required
NO-SHOW POLICY
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file
LATE POLICY
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed
• After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or canceled
NEW CLIENTS
• Intake forms will be sent via email.
• Please complete before your appointment for a smooth check-in

Microdermabrasion should NOT be performed on clients with:
Skin Conditions:
-Active acne breakouts (inflamed, cystic, or pustular)
-Open wounds, cuts, or skin infections
-Active cold sores or herpes
-Rosacea flare-ups
-Eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis in the treatment area
-Severe sunburn
-Recent chemical peel (within 2 weeks)
-Recent facial waxing (within 48–72 hours)
-Skin that is overly thin or fragile
Recent Procedures:
-Botox or fillers within the last 7–14 days
-Recent laser treatments or microneedling (wait 2–4 weeks depending on type)
Medications:
-Use of Accutane (must be off for 6–12 months)
-Topical retinoids/retinol (must discontinue 3–7 days prior)
