ATTENTION EVERYONE…New Salon Policy
Last-minute cancellations have become too frequent! Because of this, a new policy is now in place.
All appointments must be rescheduled or canceled 48+ hours in advance through the booking link.
If it’s under 48 hours, the link will not allow cancellation because it’s too late to cancel without fees. A 50% fee will be invoiced and must be paid immediately. Cancellations under 24 hours and no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. NO EXCEPTIONS— including sickness, schedule changes, or emergencies. This policy applies to everyone and is automated so it’s completely out of my control!
