Spooky Somatic Dance at Tres Rojas Winery - $25

Somatic, intentional, or ecstatic dance uses free-form movement as a way to process emotions that get “stuck” in the body. Its a judgement-free space to play with movement, uplift your mood, and nourish your soul.

In this Spooky Somatic Dance session, we're turning on spooky season tunes and dancing for the joy of dancing. No partners, choreography, or experience needed.
Suitable for all levels, and body types. It’s a space to be yourself, to move, to heal, to breathe, to just be.

We'll spend an hour of guided embodiment, intuitive somatic movement and free-form dance (no choreography!). The class with end with a glass of award-winning Tres Rojas wine and time to socialize.

Please wear something comfortable for movement.

Beyond the Veil - Halloween Tarot and Oracle Readings - $40
