DISQUALIFICATIONS: MUST READ (call for appointment)

Restrictions apply under the following conditions:
• Only age 18-60 allowed. If over 60 years of age please contact me for qualification first before booking
• Currently pregnant/ breastfeeding
• Botox or fillers on or around the brow area within 4 weeks
• On blood thinning medications
• Has cancer and undergoing chemotherapy
• Diabetic (must have doctors clearance)
• Pacemaker or major heart related issues
• Epilepsy
• Accutane within the past year
• Eczema, psoriasis, or skin irritation around the brow area
• Allergic to anaesthetics, tattoo pigment, or numbing
• On antibiotics within the past 2 weeks
• Use of Retin-A within 4 weeks
• Chemical peel, glycolic peels, laser treatments within 3 weeks
• Suffer from keloid hypertrophic scarring
• Transmittable blood conditions such as HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis

APPOINTMENT POLICY: MUST READ (call for appointment)

• BOOKING FEE: All services require a $50 non-refundable booking fee in order to secure your appointment. The fee will be applied to the total amount due on the day of your appointment.
• RESCHEDULING: A 72-hour notice is required in order to reschedule. The booking fee is transferrable only once. If a 72-hour notice is not given, you will be required to submit a new booking fee.
• CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS: All cancellations and no-shows will automatically forfeit the booking fee.
- No call-no shows and same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the entire service. No call-no shows will not be allowed to reschedule. No exceptions.

VIRGIN BROWS ONLY (New clients with no prior work done). Additional information will be sent to your email upon booking.

Touch-up is not included.

COVER UP/CORRECTION: Ombré-Powder Brows - $50

— PRICE: $600

Any clients who have previous work done by another artist (old tattoo, microblading, ombré powder) must book under this service.

*IMPORTANT: Please text clear pictures of your brows to (909)319-5725 before booking. Do not book this service until your previous work has been approved. If you don’t notify us of your previous tattoo and proceed with the appointment, we will refuse service the day of your appointment and you will forfeit your booking fee. Correction work is only accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Touch-up is not included.

Brow Touch Up - $50

This service is for existing clients ONLY. Brows done by another artist will be considered a cover up/correction.
