- Pilates Beginner Package of 4 - $240
- With these 4 sessions you will learn the basic fundamental principles of Pilates, including where/how to breath, what is neutral alignment, and how to activate you deepest abs to support you spine. You will also learn spinal articulation, the importance of proprioception to help gain awareness of your body in relation to it's self as well as balance of strength and flexibility and how that relates to your unique physical challenges.
Pelvic Floor Massage
- Pelvic Floor Massage (1st visit) - $190
- First time pelvic floor massage clients must sign up for a 90 min initial session followed by a 60 min follow-up for a total package price of $280.
