In this 1 hour Group Reiki experience, you will be held in a gentle healing energy. The session will begin with a head-to-toe body scan and guided meditation so you can sink deep into relaxation. Followed by focused Reiki Energy and Aura Cleansing with tuning forks to clear energetic blockages, restore balance and harmony within the physical, emotional, and spirit body, while also allowing you to experience subtle sensations of the body. Sound Healing at Sereno Day Spa - $35 per person

Harvest Healing Ceremony - $44 per person

In celebration of the Fall Equinox, this ceremony honors the balance of light and dark while also marking the transition from the abundance of summer to the introspect of autumn. A time for gratitude, reflection, setting new intentions, releasing and letting go all that no longer serves you purpose. This two hour event will start with a guided medation and restorative sound bath with crystal singing bowls and end with a fire ritual that is focused on release.

This wellness session uses unique tools such as crystals, tuning forks, and positive affirmations. When used together, the combination of all three creates an empowering experience, while also, promoting balance & harmony for the mind, body, and spirit.
