- 1 Hour Deep Tissue (Available through Aug 31st) - $80
- Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure by working into the deep layers of muscle and fascia to decrease adhesions, muscle tightness, and scar tissue. It also helps release toxins from your body. It can help to improve range of motion and for long term relief it is recommended to be done every 2-4 weeks.
Hot Stone Massage
- 1 Hour Hot Stone (Available through Aug 31st) - $80
- Hot stone massage helps to relieve tension and muscle stiffness while improving blood flow. It gives a relaxing treatment while enhancing overall well-being. It can help provide relief from pain associated with fibromyalgia, arthritis, and carpal tunnel syndrome. Please contact your doctor if you have any health concerns before scheduling this type of massage.
