The latest sobolance trifecta experience. Just like the traditional trifecta treatment the twisted trifecta starts with the 2 step hand reflexology, next the head and neck areas receive the updated marma point reflexology with soft brushes and gentle finger pressure to awaken and balance the upper torso. Then the twisted part comes in. You "flip" over so you are comfortably on your stomach and you relax into the upside down foot reflexology I co created over 20 years ago. One of the benefits of this form of reflexology is that it opens the reflexes on the feet in a way that face up reflexology never can. I find that clients tend to relax deeper faster with this method. Next the magic bowl (Kansa Vataki) used on the feet to further balance. This treatment ends with the feet wrapped in warm towels. This is next level reflexology.

“All About The Feet” Foot Reflexology 50 Minutes - $45

All about the feet focuses solely on the reflex points on the feet for about 35 minutes. Then the feet are wrapped in warm towels and the 1-2-1 balancing experience where one hand is placed on a major foot reflex and the other hand is placed on the corresponding body area (knee, hip, shoulder, head, and hand) till a sense of balance is felt between the 2 points. Although the focus of this experience is the reflexes on the feet, this treatment main purpose is to restore homeostasis in the whole body.

Sobolance Twisted Foot Reflexology 50 Minutes
This experience is a variation of the pedikarma reflexology experience I codeveloped while working with Diamond Way Ayurveda. It literally turns foot reflexology upside down. Over the past 22 years I have continued to expand and refine this technique into what it is today.
While lying comfortably face down the reflexes of the feet are gently worked. Then the magic bowl or Kansa Vataki is used to help balance excess stress in the body. Finally warm towels are applied to the feet and the Sobolance 1-2-1 reflex balancing experience is applied

Advantages of twisted reflexology
Lying prone (face down) Increases relaxation as your front or vulnerable side is protected.
The reflex points are opened allowing them to be stimulated more deeply with less pressure.
This position can help open the hips and lower back.
Lying face down can increase oxygen levels in the body.
When used in conjunction with the Kansa Bowl clients often go into a very deep meditation like state.
