“All About The Feet” Foot Reflexology 50 Minutes - $40

All about the feet focuses solely on the reflex points on the feet for about 35 minutes. Then the feet are wrapped in warm towels and the 1-2-1 balancing experience where one hand is placed on a major foot reflex and the other hand is placed on the corresponding body area (knee, hip, shoulder, head, and hand) till a sense of balance is felt between the 2 points. Even though the focus is on the foot reflexes this experience works to restore homeostasis in the whole body.

Your Brows should enhance your natural beauty not overpower it. I employ many methods including threading, tweezing, and trimming to gently achieve this goal. Brow grooming covers the hair removal needs of most guests. This appointment has time for hair removal for up to 3 of the following areas: Eyebrow, Upper Lip or Chin. Base price shown covers removal of hair on one area. additional areas are $9.00 ea.

You will learn how to practice the Sobolance Self Balancing Method at home. A simple technique I developed after 30 years of practicing meditation. When practiced daily for just a few minutes at a time, this technique can have life changing results. If desired options will be discussed to continue with meditation/ life coaching to further enhance your practice.
