Licensed Acupuncturist & Co-founder of Lakewood Community Acupuncture. Jamie Holland, LAc. has been practicing acupuncture, bodywork, and functional nutrition since 2013. Prior to that, Jamie worked in healthcare as a nursing and physical therapy aid for 6 years. Jamie thrives at treating musculoskeletal disorders, especially painful conditions of the neck, upper back, shoulders, low back, hips, knees, jaw, and headaches. He uses a combination of local acupuncture techniques—sports acupuncture, motor point, and trigger point therapy—which have profound muscle release and pain relief effect; and balance acupuncture—distal needling techniques that release natural pain killers, calm the nervous system, increase blood flow, decrease inflammation, and balance the meridians. Jamie is also very experienced in treating heart health, emotional health, hormonal health, and digestive health, as well as a variety of other conditions. Crystal Jancovic, LAc. has her 4 year Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, California.. She has been doing professional bodywork and massage therapy since 2004. Crystal has practiced acupuncture since 2012 and has been passionate about her work in community acupuncture clinics since 2015. She completed 3,000 plus hours of didactic and clinical work at Five Branches University Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical internship plus had training in Five Element acupuncture and Tuina bodywork. She did externships at a mental health clinic, with the United States Veterans at her university, at Planned Parenthood with Dr. Jennifer Hastings, M.D. specializing in transgender health care and an externship in Hangzhou, China through Zhejiang Medical University. Licensed Acupuncturist of Colorado (DORA License #ACU.0002104) NCCAOM certified (License # 152318). Crystal is also a dedicated volunteer with the Colorado Acupuncture Medical Reserve Corps. First aid and CPR certified through American Heart Association.
Stacey Hughes, L.Ac. is a national board-certified (NCCAOM) and Colorado Licensed Acupuncturist with 14+ years of experience. She takes a holistic approach to health by utilizing her acupuncture training and energy-balancing modalities, including BodyTalk and Neuro Emotional Technique (N.E.T.), to address a patient’s specific needs for the body, mind, and spirit. Stacey loves helping patients find lifestyle solutions that enhance their work in the acupuncture clinic, enabling them to achieve continued results at home. Whether that’s from dietary changes, sleep patterns, or relaxation techniques, Stacey’s primary goal is to provide a plan that aligns with the patient’s goals and a caring environment that supports their progress on their health journey. She has a strong clinical background in fertility, menopause, and women’s health. She has successfully treated a variety of conditions, from autoimmune conditions to adrenal fatigue, pain management, anxiety, depression, PTSD, migraines, IBS, and digestive disorders.
