Aaron Parnes is a caring Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He Graduated from D’arcy Lane Institute in 2016 and has held a license since 2019.
Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge as well as understanding to his career. He believes strong patient/client trust as well as communication will have the greatest impact towards positive change. He also believes in taking a holistic view to healthcare that includes coaching clients towards mindfulness, ergonomics, exercise and other practices that go beyond the massage table.
On the table, Aaron likes to work with all types of people, young and old. His areas of focus include trigger points, tendonitis, postural imbalances, fascial restrictions, TMJ dysfunction, muscle tension, and low grade strains. While Aaron can implement a variety of techniques when needed, the majority of his work focuses on various forms of kneading, compressions, and muscle stripping. He is also currently enrolled in Dr. Vodders School for Lymphatic Drainage from which he hopes to help relieve the growing need for difficult lymphatic work.
When he isn’t working, Aaron enjoys blogging, fishing, games and spending time with family and friends. He’s also an avid movie and music buff.
