Peter is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Peter graduated from triOS College for Massage Therapy in 2019. Prior to that he acquired his Bachelors of Social Work from Western University in 2015. Peter is also certified in reiki level one. Additionally, Peter is pursuing his American Sign Language certification in 2024. His treatments include general relaxation, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, general Swedish massage and reiki level one. Peter believes that energy work can be an important part of massage, as reiki can help balance client’s internal energy (chakras) and overall internal wellness. In his spare time, Peter enjoys board games, dungeons and dragons, and reading graphic novels. He also identifies as queer.
Stefani graduated from D’arcy Lane Institute in London Ontario in the Registered Massage Therapy Program in 2010 with a 2200-hour certification. Her strengths lie in providing therapeutic treatments such as deep tissue, MVA, migraine and tension headaches, and wear/tear type injuries. She believes in incorporating relaxation techniques within her treatments because a relaxed mind helps with releasing tension. She also enjoys providing relaxation and prenatal treatment. She is a therapist focused on teaching and helping clients understand the importance of massage and how to help their bodies individually. When she’s not at work she’s busy creating paintings and spending time with her 3 busy kids and husband.
Aaron Parnes is a caring Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He Graduated from D’arcy Lane Institute in 2016 and has held a license since 2019. Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge as well as understanding to his career. He believes strong patient/client trust as well as communication will have the greatest impact towards positive change. He also believes in taking a holistic view to healthcare that includes coaching clients towards mindfulness, ergonomics, exercise and other practices that go beyond the massage table. On the table, Aaron likes to work with all types of people, young and old. His areas of focus include trigger points, tendonitis, postural imbalances, fascial restrictions, TMJ dysfunction, muscle tension, and low grade strains. While Aaron can implement a variety of techniques when needed, the majority of his work focuses on various forms of kneading, compressions, and muscle stripping. He is also currently enrolled in Dr. Vodders School for Lymphatic Drainage from which he hopes to help relieve the growing need for difficult lymphatic work. When he isn’t working, Aaron enjoys blogging, fishing, games and spending time with family and friends. He’s also an avid movie and music buff.
