Trauma-Informed Care/Psy. I - 3 Hours
This three-hour dual training (Trauma-Informed Care and PSY 1) provides a comprehensive exploration of key human development characteristics through a trauma-informed lens. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how developmental stages influence behavior, needs, and interactions within human services settings.
PSY II & III - 3 Hours
Part 2 of the PSY training series builds on foundational concepts to further explore the characteristics of human development. Participants will deepen their understanding of developmental stages and how they shape behavior, communication, and support needs within human service environments.
Service Quality - 2 Hours
The goal of this training will be to explore the key principles of Person Driven Culture with a focus on the interactions between the DSP and the individuals they work for.-2 hours Training
Abuse Prevention and Reporting Requirements-2h Training-
This course introduces attendees to the critical and sensitive topic of abuse that individuals receiving support may experience. Participants will learn to recognize the various forms of abuse, understand risk factors, and identify early warning signs.

Welcome to Looking Upwards! This course provides all new employees with an introductory overview of the agency, its mission, values, and key components. Participants will gain an understanding of the programs, services, and organizational structure that shape our work, ensuring a strong foundation as they begin their journey with the agency.
CPR - Looking Upwards - 2 Hours
This CPR training provides attendees with the knowledge and skills required to respond effectively in emergency situations. Upon successful completion, participants will earn certification through the American Heart Association, validating their competency in life-saving CPR techniques.
