VIP Bridal Experience - $150

Make your gown-shopping day a celebration with our VIP Bridal Experience. The bride and up to five guests will enjoy a private, personalized styling appointment with champagne, sweet treats, a special gift for the bride, and dedicated assistance from our team.

With the purchase of a bridal gown, bridesmaids receive $15 off each bridesmaid gown purchased from our boutique. For wedding parties with five or more groomsmen, the groom receives a complimentary tuxedo rental when the groomsmen rent through our boutique, or 20% off if he chooses to purchase his tuxedo instead.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
The $150 VIP Bridal Experience fee is paid at booking. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows are non-refundable. To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If an unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible.

Bridal Gown Appointment

Begin your bridal journey with a personalized one-hour appointment at Madelange Laroche Bridal. Explore our curated collection of bridal gowns while your stylist helps you discover silhouettes, fabrics, and styles that complement your vision and make you feel beautiful and confident.

You’re welcome to share this special moment with up to four guests. If you would like to bring more than four guests, please contact us in advance so we can discuss available options.

Bridesmaid Dresses Appointment

Enjoy a personalized bridesmaid shopping experience at Madelange Laroche Bridal. We’ll help you explore beautiful styles, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes to create a look that complements your wedding vision and makes your bridesmaids feel comfortable and confident.

Planning to come as a group? Our one-hour appointment is best suited for one to two bridesmaids needing assistance. If three or more bridesmaids will need assistance, please contact us before booking so we can arrange enough time and provide everyone with personalized attention.

Custom Gown Consultation - $150

Bring your vision to life with a private, personalized custom gown consultation. Together, we’ll explore your style, inspiration, silhouettes, fabrics, embellishments, and design details to begin creating a one-of-a-kind gown that reflects your vision.

Your $150 consultation includes dedicated one-on-one design time and professional guidance. If you move forward with your custom gown, the full $150 will be credited toward the cost of your gown. If you attend the consultation and decide not to proceed with a custom gown, the consultation fee is non-refundable and remains payment for the personalized design service provided.

Custom Gown Fitting Appointment

Your custom gown is coming to life, and now it’s time to perfect the fit. During your appointment, we’ll carefully review the fit, comfort, proportions, and design details, making any necessary adjustments to bring your gown closer to completion.

Because every custom gown is unique, more than one fitting may be needed to achieve the best possible fit.

Please bring the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear with your gown, as they can affect the length and overall fit.

Final Garment Pickup Appointment

Your garment is finished and ready to take home! During this appointment, you may simply pick up your completed garment or, if you prefer, try it on one final time to review the fit and overall appearance.

You’ll also have an opportunity to ask any final questions about wearing, handling, or caring for your garment.

We look forward to seeing you and sending you home with your beautifully finished garment.

Flower Girl Dresses Appointment

Still thinking about the gown you loved? We’d be delighted to welcome you back. This appointment is for brides who have previously visited Madelange Laroche Bridal and would like to try on a favorite gown again before making their final decision.

Take another look, review the details, and ask any questions so you can feel confident about saying yes to the gown you haven’t been able to stop thinking about.

Virtual Custom Gown Consultation - $100

Meet one-on-one with Madelange from the comfort of your home for a personalized virtual custom gown consultation. We’ll discuss your vision, inspiration, style, fabrics, embellishments, wedding details, and the custom design process while guiding you through the next steps if you decide to move forward.

Preparing for Your Consultation:
Please have a flexible measuring tape available and, if possible, someone who can assist you with measurements. You may also have your measurements taken professionally beforehand. We’ll provide guidance as needed during your consultation.

The $100 consultation fee is paid at booking. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund. Virtual Custom Gown Follow-Up

This complimentary 30-minute Zoom appointment is exclusively for existing Madelange Laroche Bridal clients with an active custom gown order.

During your follow-up, we can review your gown’s progress, discuss design details or adjustments, answer questions, and go over the next steps in your custom gown process.

Please note: This appointment is not for new custom gown consultations. New clients should book a virtual custom gown consultation.

Duration: 30 minutes | Complimentary for existing custom gown clients.

Alterations Appointment

Achieve a beautiful, comfortable fit with personalized alterations at Madelange Laroche Bridal. We provide fittings and alterations for bridal gowns, formalwear, prom and special-occasion dresses, and other garments. Depending on the work needed, multiple fittings may be required.

Please bring the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear with your garment, when applicable, as they can affect the fit and length. For a comfortable fitting experience, we recommend bringing only one or two guests.

Need professional measurements for a custom garment, formalwear, special occasion, or another project? Our team will take your measurements carefully and accurately based on your specific needs.

Please bring any measurement chart, form, or instructions provided by your designer, retailer, or company so we can follow their specific requirements.

Tuxedo & Suit Appointment.

Find the perfect tuxedo or suit for your wedding, prom, black-tie event, or special occasion. We’ll help you explore styles, colors, and coordinating accessories while ensuring the right fit. Rental and purchase options are available.

Group Appointments: If multiple members of your wedding party or group need fittings, please contact us before booking so we can arrange enough time. A standard one-hour appointment may not accommodate multiple fittings.
