VIP Bridal Experience - $150

Gown shopping is a celebration with our VIP Bridal Experience. The bride and up to five guests will enjoy a private, personalized styling appointment designed to make finding the perfect gown feel truly special.

During your experience, you’ll enjoy champagne, sweet treats, and a special gift for the bride. Our team will provide personalized attention and guide you through our beautiful gown collection.

With the purchase of a bridal gown, bridesmaids will receive $15 off each bridesmaid gown purchased from our boutique. For wedding parties with five or more groomsmen, the groom will receive a complimentary tuxedo rental when the groomsmen rent their tuxedos through our boutique. If the groom prefers to purchase his tuxedo instead of renting, he will receive 20% off the purchase price.

Custom Gown Consultation - $150

Bring your vision to life with a private custom gown consultation at Madelange Laroche Bridal. This personalized design experience is dedicated entirely to you, your ideas, and the gown you’ve been dreaming of.

During your consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your personal style, event, inspiration, and the details that matter most to you. Together, we’ll explore silhouettes, fabrics, colors, embellishments, and design elements to create a one-of-a-kind gown that beautifully reflects your vision.

Your $150 consultation includes dedicated one-on-one design time and professional guidance throughout the creative process. If you choose to move forward with your custom gown, the full $150 will be credited toward the cost of your gown. If you decide not to continue with the custom design process after your consultation, the consultation fee will remain payment for the personalized design service provided during your appointment and will not be refunded.

Creating a custom gown is more than choosing a dress—it’s the beginning of creating something uniquely yours. Our goal is for you to leave your consultation feeling inspired, confident, and excited about bringing your vision to life.

Virtual Custom Gown Consultation - $100

Meet one-on-one with Madelange from the comfort of your home for a personalized virtual consultation to discuss your custom wedding gown. During this appointment, we’ll talk about your vision, inspiration, silhouette, fabrics, embellishments, wedding details, budget, and the custom design process.

This consultation is ideal for brides who are unable to visit our studio in person. We’ll guide you through the next steps, including measurements and the custom design process, if you decide to move forward.

Preparing for Your Virtual Consultation:
If you are considering moving forward with your custom gown, please have a flexible measuring tape available. Because some measurements are difficult to take accurately by yourself, we recommend having another person with you who can assist with measurements. You may also have your measurements taken professionally before your appointment and have them available for us to review. If needed, we will guide you through the measurement process during your virtual consultation.

Consultation Fee & Appointment Policy:
The $100 Virtual Custom Gown Consultation fee is paid at the time of booking. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your payment will be refunded. Together, we’ll explore different silhouettes, fabrics, details, and styles to help you discover the gowns that make you feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident. You’re welcome to share this special moment with up to four guests. Because our boutique offers an intimate shopping experience, keeping your group small allows us to give you the personalized attention you deserve. If you would like to bring more than four guests, please contact us in advance so we can discuss available options.

Custom Gown Fitting Appointment

Your custom gown is coming to life, and now it’s time to perfect the fit.

During your custom gown fitting appointment, you’ll try on your gown while we carefully evaluate the fit, comfort, proportions, and overall appearance. We’ll also review the design details and craftsmanship, making any necessary adjustments to ensure your gown fits beautifully and reflects the vision we created together.

Because every custom gown is uniquely made, more than one fitting may be necessary to achieve the best possible fit. Each appointment allows us to refine the gown, make precise adjustments, and ensure every detail comes together beautifully before it is completed.

Please bring the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear with your gown, as they can affect the length and overall fit.

Second Look Bridal Appointment ​

Our Second Look Bridal Appointment is designed for brides who have previously visited Madelange Laroche Bridal, found a gown they loved, and would like to see it again before making their final decision.

During your appointment, you can try on your favorite gown again, examine the details, and ask any questions. There’s no need to start your search all over again—we’ll focus on the gown that brought you back and give you the time you need to feel confident in your decision.

Please note: This complimentary appointment is available only to clients with an active custom gown order with Madelange Laroche Bridal. Appointments booked by non-clients may be canceled.

This complimentary virtual follow-up appointment is exclusively for existing Madelange Laroche custom gown clients. During this 30-minute Zoom meeting, we can review your gown’s progress, discuss design details, answer questions, review any adjustments, and go over the next steps in your custom gown process.

This appointment is for clients who have already started their custom gown journey with us and is not intended for new custom gown consultations. New clients interested in having a custom gown designed should book a virtual custom gown consultation.

Final Garment Pickup Appointment

Your garment is finished and ready for you to take home!

Your final garment pickup appointment is the last step before taking your completed garment home. During this appointment, you may simply pick up your garment or, if you prefer, try it on one final time to review the fit and overall appearance before leaving the studio.

If alterations or custom work were completed, your garment will be carefully prepared and ready for your special occasion. You will also have an opportunity to ask any final questions about wearing, handling, or caring for your garment.

After all the fittings, details, and finishing touches, we are excited to see everything come together. Our goal is for you to leave the studio feeling confident, prepared, and ready for your special occasion.

Alterations Appointment

A perfect fit can make all the difference in how you look and feel. At Madelange Laroche Bridal, our experienced alteration team provides personalized fittings and alterations for bridal gowns, formalwear, prom dresses, special-occasion dresses, and other garments.

During your appointment, we’ll carefully evaluate the fit of your garment, listen to your concerns, and discuss the alterations needed to achieve a comfortable and flattering fit.

Alterations may require multiple fittings depending on the garment and the work needed. We recommend scheduling your first fitting well in advance of the date you’ll need your garment, as more detailed alterations may require additional time.

Please bring the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear with your garment, when applicable, as they can affect the overall fit and length. If you have any specific concerns or changes in mind, we’ll be happy to discuss them during your fitting.

To ensure a comfortable and personalized fitting experience, we recommend bringing only one or two guests. This allows our alterations team to focus on your garment, your fit, and the details that matter most.
