Gentle Group stretch class/ WOMEN - $12 (call for appointment)

Mondays at 6:30pm at Kerr McGee center. Walk-ins welcome.

This class is 45 minutes and we will stretch and strengthen our mind, body, and spirit. This routine is Gentle which means all skill levels are welcome.

Please bring water and stretch mat. If you do not have a stretch mat, a mat will be provided at your first class for $10 and you will keep this mat for your own personal use thereafter.

1 hour Gentle Stretching - $45

Pietra Fitness is a stretching and strengthening exercise class that integrates Christian prayer into the workout. It is a welliness program for those who seek full integration of mind, body, and soul.
This is a 60-minute, one-on-one session that is good for any level of fitness ability. Modifications are guided as needed as we work through an hour of gentle stretching and strengthening.

Modesty is appreciated. Bring water and workout mat.

Massage Therapy

Back, neck, and shoulders - $45

A 30 minute session focusing on tension relief in the back, neck, and shoulders.

Foot & Leg Massage - $45

A 30 minute session focusing on the feet & legs.

45 Minute Session - $65

This is geared to help "fix" that ache that you woke up with, or that ache that you "just don't know how it happened"..you tried everything and you need some relief NOW, you just can't wait another week, or another day.

60 Minute Massage 2023 - $85

A 60 Minute session aimed to help you relax and rejuvenate.

90 Minute Massage - $130

A custom 90 Minute session combining light, relaxing strokes with deeper pressure where your muscles need it most.
Focus spots and desired pressure will be discussed at the time of your appointment..because every one is different and every day is different.. What you need today might not be the same thing you need two weeks from now!

60 Minute Massage with Add-On: Foot Treatment - $110

60 Minute massage followed by foot treatment:
Hot towels help ease achy feet followed by an invigorating sugar foot scrub. Treatment is finished off with a Foot massage with rich Pedi Balm. Its like a walk on the beach, but better ;-)
Add 15 minutes to a 60 minute session.

60 Minute Massagr with Add-On: Hot Rock - $110

Melt away tension....
A neck to foot massage incorporating heated basalt rock.

Pregnancy Services

Pregnancy Massage (+pre/post natal) - $65

45 minute session
With 200+ hours of hands on experience with Pregnancy Massage, you can relax with me. Pregnancy massage can help with the growing pains of being pregnant. Lower back pain is often an issue during pregnancy and massage will help you get through the 9 months til baby is born. Pregnancy massage also helps prevent and relieve swelling.
Special attention is given to massage technique and body positioning to make momma-to-be most comfortable and safe.

Placenta encapsulation - $295 (call for appointment)

Aside from my food handlers card,
I also have my bloodborn pathogens certification.
The service fee includes local pick up of placenta,
complete processing/dehydration/ encapsulation,
and drop off of completed capsules.
( The placenta needs to be kept refrigerated and or kept on ice
but if you're out of town for more
than 48 hours after birth, you'll want to freeze it)
I use vegetable capsules, and they will come in a nice amber glass bottle.

Service available outside of Ridgecrest
for an additional fee.
