Introductory Session / Consult - $0 (call for appointment): Your initial consult is free. Come try Pilates and see if it is right for you! We will evaluate your fitness goals, prior experience, and discuss the best program for your needs.
Private Pilates Instruction - $75 (call for appointment): Private instruction with a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher
Therapeutic Exercise - $30
Beginner Pilates Class - $30: This class is for someone just entering Pilates or desiring a refresher of foundational exercises. Small group class sessions are limited to three participants per class.
Intermediate Pilates Class - $30: This class is for a seasoned Pilates participant familiar with much of the choreography, set-up and implementation of exercises as well as a fitness and strength level to execute the exercises.
Mixed Level Pilates Class - $30: Mixed level is for the class member who is familiar with Pilates equipment and choreography and proficient in beginner level exercises. Class sessions are limited to three participants per class.
Men's Beginner Class - $30: Small group class sessions are limited to three participants per class.
Duet Pilates Session - $50 (call for appointment): Pilates session for two.
Mamalates Consult - $0: Free Initial Consult. Mamalates is a Pilates-based mindful movement program for post-childbirth designed to help reclaim posture and build stamina. The exercises are customized to meet your individual needs and fitness level and your baby can come with you.
Mamalates 6 Week Package - $400 (call for appointment): Mamalates is a Pilates-based mindful movement program for post-childbirth designed to help reclaim posture, build stamina, and LOSE THE POOCH! The exercises are customized to meet your individual needs and fitness level. This package includes six 75 minute sessions over the course of 6 weeks, a DVD with home exercises, exercise cards, exercise band, and fitness ball. You are welcome to bring your baby with you!
