Monday Classes
- Pilates Reformer Class - 8 am * No Class April 6th
- $45. Single Class, $210. for 5, or $380. for the 10 Class Pass. For safe and effective exercise, previous experience on the Pilates Reformer (at MindSpring or elsewhere), or an Intro class is required for entry. The Pilates Reformer provides a whole-body workout. The sliding carriage challenges core strength and stabilization, while the sprig-loaded resistance works the muscles and joints through every range of motion.
- Intro to Pilates - 12 pm * No Class April 6th
- $35. If you've ever wanted to try Pilates, this is the class for you! Learn about the postural principles that are the foundation of this core and joint stabilizing-based form of strength straining. This will be a beginner workout across the various Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Spring Tower and Stability Chair.
Tuesday Classes
- Pilates Multi Equipment Circuit Class - 10:15 am * No Class April 7th
- $45. Single Class, $210. for 5, or $380. for the 10 Class Pass. For safe and effective exercise, previous experience on the Pilates Reformer, and Stability Chair (at MindSpring or elsewhere), or an Intro class is required for entry. This is a multi-level class that includes the use of all of the Pilates to include the Reformer and Spring Tower, as well as the Stability Chair and Barrels.

- $45. Single Class, $210. for 5, or $380. for the 10 Class Pass. Wednesday Classes
- Pilates Reformer “Plus Props” Class - 9:15 am
- $45. Single Class, $210. for 5, or $380. for the 10 Class Pass. For safe and effective exercise, previous experience on the Pilates Reformer (at MindSpring or elsewhere), or an Intro class is required for entry. The Pilates Reformer, plus added props such as free weights, stability cushions, rotational disks and more to promote well-rounded strength and functional movement.
- Intro to Pilates - 10:30 am
- $35. If you've ever wanted to try Pilates, this is the class for you! - Reformer Stretch and Balance - 4:30 pm - Starts April 1st!
- With Sally Dayton-Lowell. $45. Single Class, $210. for 5, or $380. for the 10 Class Pass. For safe and effective exercise, previous experience on the Pilates Reformer (at MindSpring or elsewhere), or an Intro class is required for entry. A Pilates Reformer workout using the Fitness Circle, and small weighted balls to strengthen, lengthen and stretch the entire body and enhance balance.
Thursday Classes

- Set up a private session at $90. pay as you go, $425. for a 5-pack, or $800 for a 10-pack. This session will be catered to personal goals to include, Pilates, free weight strength training, sports-specific enhancement, Rehab integration from Physical Therapy back into Fitness and more! Call (434) 825-1514, or email mindspringfitnessobx@gmail.com to reserve. Please allow 24 hours cancellation. No-shows will carry the full session fee.
- Duet Sessions (call for appointment)
- $48. per person pay as you go, 5-pack at $220. and 10-pack at $400. A customized session for 2 people. Exercise can entail Pilates, strength training, stretch, conditioning for sports-specific activity and more! Call (434) 825-1514, or email mindspringfitnessobx@gmail.com to reserve. Please allow 24 hours for cancellation. No shows once appointments are made carry the full session fee.
- Pre-arranged Group Sessions with LeeAnn - 3 or more people (call for appointment)
- $45. per person pay as you go, $380 for a 10 Class Pack. Holiday rate of 3 sessions for $75. per person applies for new clients only, now through December 31st! The group sessions can be customized for Pilates, strength training or whatever the group wants to request! No shows carry a $25. cancelation fee.
