Sacred Temple Lomi Lomi Massage (120 Minutes ONLY)

Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian healing practice that uses long, flowing strokes to release tension, promote circulation, and restore energetic balance. Rooted in sacred intention, this deeply nurturing and intuitive bodywork invites a sense of connection, renewal, and inner peace. Currently offered only by Megan at Sol Solace Studio.

30 Minute Community Care Session (call for appointment)

This 30-minute session is part of Sol Solace Studio’s Community Care Initiative, created to offer accessible support during uncertain times. Each practitioner brings their own specialized approach, which may include energy work (such as limpias), localized bodywork, or a focused modality like Biofield Tuning or Human Design.

Sessions are shaped by the practitioner’s expertise and the client’s immediate needs, offering grounded, meaningful care within a shorter time frame. This offering supports both community access and the heart centered service of Sol Solace practitioners.

Massage

60 Minute Massage - $150

This session focuses on soft tissue manipulation ONLY using massage techniques such as, but not limited to: swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, neuromuscular, cupping, etc.
This session length is good for a quick overall Swedish massage (light to medium pressure), with focused work in one area or on one half of the body. Also a good option when wanting to concentrate on one area of pain, such as the shoulder, neck or knee.

75 Minute Massage - $188

This session focuses on soft tissue manipulation ONLY using massage techniques such as, but not limited to: swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, neuromuscular, cupping, etc.

Also a good option when wanting to concentrate on two to three areas of pain, such as the shoulder, neck or knee. This time allows the practitioner room for more advanced clinical work.

120 Minute Massage - $300

This session focuses on soft tissue manipulation ONLY using massage techniques such as, but not limited to: swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, neuromuscular, cupping, etc.
Session length for a full two hours of integrative corrective bodywork to address multiple pain spots.

This 30-minute session is offered as part of Sol Solace Studio’s commitment to accessible, community-centered care. Rooted in traditional practices, the session begins with a brief heart-to-heart conversation (plática) to ground, set intention, and name what’s present.

Rhiann offers a gentle energy cleansing and blessing using natural materials and intuitive techniques. Sessions are held fully clothed and may include hands-on or hands-off work. This offering is especially supportive for those seeking grounding, energetic clearing, or reconnection with their own wholeness during times of transition.

This session also supports Rhiann’s continued hands-on training as a medicine carrier, offered with care, humility, and respect for lineage and process.

Palabra Sagrada: A Community Journey Through the Four Agreements - $0

Join us for a free four-month community journey through The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Rooted in the Toltec tradition of Mesoamerica, this offering invites us to explore the agreements we’ve made with ourselves and the world, and to rewrite them with awareness and love. We will gather for four sessions on November 8, December 6, January 10, and February 7. You are encouraged to attend all sessions, though it is not required, and each session requires an individual RSVP.
