Adult ADHD Transfer of Care Assessment - €400

Suitable for adults with an existing ADHD diagnosis seeking continuation of care, medication review, and ongoing prescribing support.

Includes:

• Review of previous ADHD diagnosis and medication history
• ADHD screening questionnaires and structured clinical assessment
• Blood tests & ECG assessment where clinically appropriate
• Initial consultation and medical triage with the clinical team
• Follow-up consultation with Consultant Psychiatrist
• First prescription included where clinically appropriate

Ongoing Shared Care

Once treatment is stable, ongoing GP shared-care review appointments are typically €70 every 3 months and include:

• GP ADHD review appointments
• Ongoing monitoring in liaison with Consultant Psychiatrist and clinical team
• Prescription review & monitoring
• Ongoing clinical support

All prescribing and continuation of treatment remain subject to ongoing clinical assessment, safety review, and medical suitability in accordance with Irish Medical Council guidance and prescribing regulations.

• Priority ADHD assessment with Consultant Psychiatrist
• Structured clinical interview and diagnostic assessment
• Completion and review of standardised ADHD questionnaires
• Accelerated review of all clinical information
• Written report and outcome provided within 2 weeks
• Follow-up guidance and management plan

This is a priority service for patients who require a faster assessment and outcome.

Total fee €90. A €50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This is deducted from the total cost, with the remaining €40 paid on the day.
