Improve your posture, strength and flexibility in Nomads Pilates class. Perfect for strengthening the whole body.
If you are member please put the number on your member card in the box to join the class. Non members enter N/A in the membership number box and either pay $10 on top of bouldering entry ($30), or pay $20.00 for a casual drop in class.

Training

Beginner Course Registration
Our beginner program is designed to safely introduce new comers to bouldering, and the techniques and training tools used to safely improve. Beginner workshops are ideal for people working between Blue and Purple on our graded charts.

During the course you will get 4, 2 hour group training sessions as well as an unlimited 1 month membership with gear to put what you learn into practice. Each class will be limited to 8 climbers to ensure you are getting quality time with the coaches.
The date you select when booking is the first class in the series of 4 classes that run on the same day and time for the proceeding weeks.

Hangboarding 101
Hangboarding is an incredibly useful training tool for any climber not only does it strengthen your fingers, by doing so you decrease your chance of injury, However if you want to step into the world of hangboarding you need to know the do’s and don’t’s of hangboarding to keep those digits strong and healthy.

Why not join us for our first Hangboarding 101 Workshop, this hour workshop will teach you how to get started safely, things to avoid and watch out for and how to maximise those sessions on the board.

Intermediate Workshop
$90 Members | $110 Non members

This program steps away from the wall and takes you through the tried and tested training theories around upper body strength, hangboarding, endurance and antagonist work, so you are keeping all those hard working muscles healthy!

Much like our beginner course this program will run over 4 weeks each week with a different focus so you can add as much knowledge to your training toolbox as possible and start to implement what you learn into your training schedules.

Warm Up Workshop
Finger Injury Prevention and Rehab 101 - $20
Justine Walker has travelled the world helping climbers of all levels with climbing specific injuries, she is the current Australian Team Physiotherapist and we are lucky enough to have her here in Sydney. Justine will be running these workshops to make sure you all know how to safely build strength, avoid unforeseen injury, warm up properly or god forbid rehab an existing injury.
Cost: Free for Members | $20 for Non Members (paid on arrival)

School Holiday Program

School Holiday Program - 3 Days - $200
Our school holiday programs run over 3 days, all gear and food is included. Over the 3 days your child will gain a thorough understanding of the fundamental movements of climbing while having fun and making friends in an exciting and challenging environment. Your child will be in great hands with our qualified and experienced instructors.

Suitable: 8-16 years

Cost: $200.00

What to bring: Activewear (loose clothing, tights, etc), Runners, Drink bottle and sense of adventure.

Pad Rental

2 Day Pad Rental $40
$50 deposit per pad is required when picking up pads, the deposit will be refunded when pad is returned. You can pick the pad up the night before from 6pm as long as the pad has been returned from the previous day, call the confirm pads are available for pick up. We will also take a photocopy of your license when picking up the pad/pads. To rent both our rental pads please book in for both 'Pad 1' and 'Pad 2', same goes if you want to rent the pads for more then 1 day, fill in the form for each day you want to rent. We will request your credit card details upon booking but will not charge anything, you will only be charged if the pad is not returned. Payment and deposit will still be made in person, at the gym when you pick up your pad rental.

Youth Program - School Term

Nomads 1.0 (beginner)
Our programs focus on developing technique and building foundation strength while also teaching strategies to climb efficiently and overcome problems, to both succeed in climbing and in everyday life.

While bouldering can be done solo we believe that working with a small team is best for the development of the child and for their enjoyment through climbing, providing a fun, safe and encouraging environment for our Nomads.

All Nomad students joining our program must participate in a minimum of 1 term of beginner training.



Nomad Coaching Clinic (Beginner) Tuesday 4.00pm-5.30pm or Thursday 4.30pm-6.00pm

1 x 1.5 hours training sessions each week on the same day and time (either Tuesday 4.00pm-5.30pm or Thursday 4.30pm-6.00pm depending which start day you choose). These are run over the length of the school term. These sessions will focus on teaching safety, footwork, body positioning and building foundation strength for future climbing and overall health and well being.

Coaching - 10 Weeks + 12 Week Membership - $320.00

As Australia’s leading climbing dietitian, Amanda prides herself on an innovative and evidence-based approach to nutrition, health and performance. Working with private practice patients and clients across a diverse range of life-stages and experiences and consulting across the sporting, disability and aged care sectors, Amanda knows that long-lasting behavioural change is essential to health and happiness. She is passionate about people feeling and performing the best they can and takes an in-depth, evidence based approach to nutrition, health and performance. Amanda founded Thrive N&D to help people and athletes of all levels achieve their sporting dreams and health goals and to help non athletes evolve into a healthier and happier version of themselves.

We are lucky enough to have Amanda in house to supply you will all the info you need to improve and get stronger in her workshop Nutrition for Climbing. Amanda has adopted her own research and practices into her household with herself and partner Tom O'Halloran and ... well we will let their achievements speak for themselves.
