Laser Coaching Session - $80

I am sure you would love to know how laser sessions work, laser means we will work to get to the root of the problem quickly. These sessions are typically 30 minutes in length. It will provide you with quicker alignment, a rapid sense of relief and a way of quickly unblocking what is standing in your way or whatever it is that is creating you to feel stuck in your life or thinking.

We will identify the obstacle or trigger, gain clarity on the situation, reframe the issue, recognize self limiting beliefs, discuss ideas on moving forward. We can work on removing doubts, blocks and fears. The most important thing I feel that you will get from these sessions are accountability and an immediate plan of action.

Weekly Check In - $45

This service is only available to my current clients and you can only avail of this service if you are working with Carol Mary and a member of her Facebook group.
