CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ALL SERVICES&CLASSES! For services - 4 WEEKS notice must be given in order to reschedule & transfer deposit to another day. For training - MINIMUM of 8 week notice must be given in order to transfer the deposit to a different date. The deposit is forfeited if the required notices aren’t given in the above mentioned timeframes. If notice isn’t given by the previously mentioned timeframes, a new deposit will need to be made if you wish to schedule again. You can only reschedule ONE time the brow appointment & only if you have enough notice.The deposit is transferable but NOT refundable to a future date as long as 2 weeks notice is given for brow services and 8 week notice for training classes. **THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES OR TRAINING PERFORMED.You must have a model for group* class and must do all homework assigned.Group class dates can not be marked up if you miss a day.

LATE POLICY
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will NOT receive a refund. You may schedule a new appointment with a new deposit. If a deposit was not given, a fee will be charged before you can schedule again. This fee is $100-$200 (subject to change at any time without notice)
Please understand that this is a beauty treatment that requires time & patience and can result in me running behind schedule depending on the client I have ahead of you. If you are traveling to me & have to catch a flight, please allow enough time in case your appointment runs longer than expected. I like to take my time with each client

***AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS
Some factors will affect fading more quickly for some versus
others. These factors include, but are not limited to the
following:
Not taking proper care of the procedure area after the
treatment.
-Sunbathing or using sun beds.
-Using Retin A creams or any other products that contain
AHA's, Glycolic or Vitamin A.
-Certain skin treatments such as microdermabrasion or
chemical peels.
-Certain skin conditions and or excessively dry/oily skin
types.
-Specific medications which are known to cause increased
fading.
-Excessive use of alcohol.
-Swimming in chlorinated pools or salt water.
**DO NOT WORKOUT DURING THE 7 DAYS OF HEALING, YOU
WILL RUIN YOUR BROWS****

•Day 2: Keep Brows completely dry
•Day 3-7: Do not to get brows wet or sweat!! Apply aquafor 2
times a day (thin layer) morning and night. Peeling is normal,
Continue applying ointment until brows are fully peeled.
•Stay from the sun as much as possible
•Do not swim, go to a sauna, or workout
•Do not pick scabs or scratch your brows,
it can cause color

Nano Brows also known as Hairstrokes With Machine and 3D Brows.The most natural technique that mimic your natural hairs throughout the whole brow. Since hairstrokes are done with PMU machine & not blade this service is good for all skin types. Nano brows are good for people who want to reach the most natural affect on their brows, create new brows if there is little to no hair or fill in gabs. Procedure takes around 1 Hours to do & completely not painful due to anesthesia cream we use. Nano Brows can be done in any shape & any color that we choose together during the procedure based on your face features & preference.Nano Powder Brows last 3-4 years with proper aftercare & pre-care.

Lip Blush is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo that enhances the natural color, shape, and definition of your lips. The color is customized to your preferences and heals into a soft, natural-looking tint.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book. The remaining $550 balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.

PRE-APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS

• Keep your lips moisturized and drink plenty of water during the week before your appointment.
• Gently exfoliate your lips 2–3 days before your appointment. Do not exfoliate irritated, cracked, or broken skin.
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment.
• Avoid caffeine on the day of your appointment.
• Avoid lip filler, Botox around the mouth, chemical peels, and laser treatments for at least 4 weeks before your appointment.
• Do not use retinol, acids, or exfoliating products around the lips for one week before your appointment.
• If medically safe for you, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and other blood-thinning supplements before your appointment. Never stop prescribed medication without your doctor’s approval.
• Come to your appointment with clean lips and no lipstick, gloss, or lip products.

Lip Blush may trigger a cold sore outbreak—even if you have not experienced one recently. If you have ever had cold sores, fever blisters, or oral herpes, contact your doctor before the appointment and ask whether Valtrex or another antiviral medication is appropriate for you.

Take it only as prescribed by your healthcare provider. We do not prescribe medication or recommend a specific dosage.
