Seattle City Reiki
All treatments given are in the form of Distant Reiki Sessions. Distant Reiki Treatments are administered from a Distance to wherever you are located at the time of your appointment. Please choose "with" or "no" 10-15 minute Zoom check in. This check in occurs right before your Distant Treatment begins, it is a time to share your healing goals. If you choose "no" Zoom check in, your session will begin promptly at your allocated appointment time. Sessions are administered in the Pacific Time zone so adjust your local time accordingly. Allocate 1 hour for your Distant Reiki Treatment. Prices are reduced when you prepay for a series. Treatments must be used within 90 days. A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect.

This workshop was created to help students of Reiki dive deeper into their practice, gaining more applicable benefits from their training such as easefulness, consciousness expansion, liberation, living in a state of flow and heart-centeredness, elevated frequency and accelerated healing on all levels. With the utmost guidance from Reiki, you will learn new energy practices, given to me directly from Reiki, to perform daily assisting you in forming a stronger foundation in Reiki, deepening your knowledge and honing in on your skills. This workshop is for any student who wishes to amplify their one on one relationship with Reiki, learn new ways to use their Reiki for self healing and awareness, connect with their Reiki community and live in the wisdom of our Spiritual Precepts.

~The Spiritual Precepts of Reiki were given to Dr. Usui, our founder, directly from Reiki atop the Sacred Mt. Kurama in Japan over 100 years ago and have been utilized by students of Reiki since then~
Class curriculum examples;
The beginning of class we will focus on building and strengthening our Reiki Community through self introductions and sharing a chosen Reiki success story or one of your favorite ways you like to use your Reiki and/or asking me a Reiki question.
I will then be highlighting and sharing practical ways for you to develop and deepen your one on one relationship with Reiki. Concentrating on how to incorporate and learn the great lessons from our Spiritual Precepts of Reiki as an energetic tool to help heal our minds and emotions thus creating healthier mental thought patterns & emotional states. How the precepts can bring more liberation and flow into your life on a daily basis. You will receive a fun and interesting fact or two about one of our Reiki Grand Masters every week, developing a more personalized relationship with them-learning from their Sacred Responsibility to our practice of Reiki as the creator, lineage bearers and guardians. Discovering how to heal issues with money-energetic methods for attracting more abundance in your life. How to use Reiki to help mend the relationship with our parents. Pinpointing some aspects of the history of Reiki applicable to the teachings.
You will be given interactive energy assignments/practices each week, which will be experiential ways to incorporate the lessons from our precepts on a day to day basis thus having the skills to use and refer to for the rest of your life. These energy practices were given to me directly from Reiki during deep reflection and connection. The three energy practices are as follows; 1) Heal worry and anger as it arises, discovering its root cause 2) Learn to foster more gratitude and live in a state of unconditional love 3) Alleviate and gain awareness of our triggers, recognizing them as our teachers-incorporating Reiki to heal parts of self that become activated by our "teachers". Hone in on the messages our triggers bestow.
A personal journal will be needed so you can archive the self exploratory outcomes of your assignments and time will be allocated each week to share your findings.
The prerequisites for this class is First Degree/Level 1 trained and having a dedicated daily Reiki Self Treatment practice or devote to one at this time. This class will follow the time-honored oral tradition teaching method of Reiki, the way our Reiki Grand Masters teach as well as myself, so the western note taking method will not be used. The energetic transference of the teachings from Reiki Master to student will be honored.
This class registration shows only the first date of class, November 1st, but you WILL be registered for all three workshop dates which includes November 8th & November 15th. Each class is 2.5 hours in duration.

Reconnect and reacquaint yourself with the Energetic Disciplines learned in Deep Dive into Reiki. With deep presence, I will guide you through all of the three Energy Practices from your training. Ample time will be dedicated in the healing space of each practice. Upon completion of each individual energetic exercise, journaling and the sharing of experiences, if you so wish, will be honored.
This 2.5 hour standalone refresher will follow the order in which you learned; healing and revealing the root cause of worry & anger, cultivating gratitude and unconditional love for someone/something you take for granted, awakening the wisdom and lessons from our triggers. As always, time will be reserved for questions and reflections.
The passing of the energetic lineage from Reiki Master to student is an illuminated activation and is a communion of transformative & beautifully held resonance.
Return to your life anchored in the remembrance of why these Energy Practices are such an important aspect of your day to day world and personal evolutionary journey. As many students have shared with me, these practices are "life-changing."
