Fitness comes from actively seeking exercise and using correct form. You will be working out with a friend, when training with me. Expect to be greeted with a smile and warmth, plus the motivation to bring evidence-based exercise programs drawn from my personal experiences, research, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree. I enjoy working with the general population (young and old) with a concentration in the elderly, functional fitness, and injury prevention.
Every person has their own story that led them to the path they are on. Recognizing and being mindful of past events can help overcome barriers that prevent weight loss and a healthy active lifestyle.
I want to help clients change their mindset around fitness. Living a healthy lifestyle does not have to be seen as a chore or something that takes a ton of effort. I believe everyone has the ability to achieve their desired goals and lifestyles changes and I am here to provide that support.
