Driveline with Rapsodo
- Driveline with Rapsodo 2 days/week - $200

-In season program (Weekly bullpens for pitchers to maintain, build pitch counts, make adjustments, learn more pitches) and continues into off season program.

- Increase Velocity and Command. Program includes: Full Driveline Program, Bull Pens, RAPSODO Data Analysis. Choose between 2 days/week = $200, 3 days/week = $250.

- Baseball 101 - $100

JUSTIN DOWDY (PITCHING)
- PITCHING lessons - 1 PLAYER single lesson - $80

JOE THURSTON (HITTING/FIELDING)
- 1 PLAYER HITTING lesson or 1 PLAYER FIELDING lesson - 1 hour lesson (Age 9 up)/single lesson - $80 (call for appointment)

- 2 PLAYER HITTING lesson or 2 PLAYER FIELDING lesson- 1 hour lesson (Age 9 up) - $40 (call for appointment)
- Weekly Virtual hitting lessons through video analysis (call for appointment)
- Player will make weekly appointments to come into STITCHES facility to be video taped while hitting off the tee and off the pitching machine. Video will be sent to Joe Thurston for analysis including frame by frame explanation of correct and incorrect movements. Your video will then be paired with a MLB player's swing for comparison. Joe will then resubmit your video to the stitches website, to your personal account, and you can retrieve it there. Joe will leave you with a list of corrective drills to do on your own at STITCHES. Stitches members$200, Non-members$300
HITTING CLINIC
- Age 9-12 Hitting Clinic - $50 (call for appointment)
