Zeb Baiye is a tax consultant with over 14 years' experience preparing complex tax returns for families and small businesses and providing strategic tax planning services to individuals, families and small business owners. He is an Enrolled Agent and has represented clients with back taxes issues before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities.

Warren is a Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years of experience both in the public and private sector. His background is a History Major at Guilford College and then pursuing Accounting at NC State. He started out in 2012 working with a small CPA tax firm specializing in High Net Worth clients. He has worked primarily with corporate tax clients with a temporary detour in corporate accounting with an international software company. He currently heads up the small business accounting department at Taxcom where he has closely work with the owner for over 9 years. In addition he provides consulting for new business start ups and tax preparation. In his free time when he is not working he enjoys Genealogical research , managing his small hobby farm and spending time with his family.

Joan Baron has over 20 years' experience preparing tax returns and providing tax advice for individuals, families, small business owners, estates, trusts and non-profit organizations. She is an Enrolled Agent and has represented her clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities.
