2 hours to get the demons out
Meditation with pranayama, exfoliation with silk gloves to open the pathways of detoxification, warm oil infused with herbs lymphatic massage aka abhyanga, "back to Earth" time with a purifying tea to sip on.
Winter is a time when the accumulation of toxins, external and internal, happens the most. Stay healthier this winter by moving out the old and purifying your body. Be sure to NOT schedule anything important for after this treatment.
Oil is applied to the head and hair, showering at home afterward is highly recommended.
- 30 Minute Smack Down - $50
- Did you tweak your back? Sleep wrong? Dog dragged you across the lawn, and your shoulder hurts? Don't need a full session for something simple, like TMJ or sinus relief? No matter why you hurt, you need a session to feel better but don't have time. THIS IS THE SESSION FOR YOU. It's bare bones, no frills, you stay clothed (for the most part), get the Death Star operational session. There's no nicey-nicey massage in this. It's all focused on decreasing whatever acute pain you're in.
