Alvarez is from Miami and is a barber of 15 years. He’s known for clean fades, precise scissor work, and cuts that grow out well. During the week, Alvarez works in e-commerce and technology, but Saturdays are reserved for the barbershop. Outside the shop, he’s usually exploring the East Bay and San Francisco for good food or watching Court TV/sports and taking care of his houseplants in his loft in Oakland.
