POLICY (call for appointment)

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. For brow services - 72 hours notice must be given in order to reschedule & transfer deposit.

For training - deposits are non-transferable & non-refundable. If you can’t make the date you scheduled for, a new deposit must be placed if a different date/location is needed. The deposit is forfeited if the required notices aren’t given in the above mentioned timeframes.

If notice isn’t given by the previously mentioned timeframes, a new deposit will need to be made if you wish to schedule again.

The deposit for brow services are transferable to a future date as long as 72 hours notice is given. If you choose to schedule a new appointment, please be aware that your new appointment will be a much later date as I’m booked months in advance.

This applies to touchup appointments as well. If a deposit is not collected upon booking your touch up and you give less than 72 hours notice to reschedule, a fee will be collected before a new appointment can be scheduled. This fee is $200 (subject to change at any time without notice).

Your new touch up appointment will be a much later date as well. Depending on when your new touchup appointment is, additional fees may apply which is dependent on the new timeframe. (Please refer to the touch up rates under Brow Services/Touchup)

NO CALL NO SHOW:
Deposit is forfeited. No future appointments

LATE POLICY
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. You may schedule a new appointment with a new deposit. If a deposit was not given, a fee will be charged before you can schedule again. This fee is $200 (subject to change at any time without notice)

Please understand that this is a beauty treatment that requires time & patience and can result in me running behind schedule depending on the client I have ahead of you. Most of my clients are from another state and require their appointments to start on time.

If you are traveling to me & have to catch a flight, please allow enough time in case your appointment runs longer than expected. I like to take my time with each client…I don’t want to feel like I’m being rushed. I want to give you my best!

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION:
You will be sent a text to confirm your appointment 1 day before. Please make sure you enter your phone number & email address correctly when booking. If you don’t respond to the text or email by 4pm PST the day before your appointment, it will be assumed that you are not coming in and your appointment will be cancelled without a refund.

DO NOT BOOK A BROW APPOINTMENT IF:
You are pregnant, nursing or diabetic
You are taking any medications that is a blood thinner
You have viral infections or disease
You are undergoing chemotherapy
You are under the age of 18
You are currently using accutane

BROW APPOINTMENTS (LAS VEGAS)

$2200 AMINA’S SIGNATURE BLADE & SHADE - $200

Total is $2200 and up to 3 hours. The $200 non refundable deposit will be deducted from the total. Balance of $2000 is due in cash, Venmo or Apple Pay on the day of your appointment.

This service consists of 1 appointment. The touchup is $100. Your touchup appointment must be done within 8 weeks after the initial appointment.

Do not schedule if you’re pregnant /nursing/ diabetic

Please read the following pre-procedure advice:
You will get much better results when you properly prep. It all starts with a good canvas! The eyebrow area must be healthy, strong, non-sensitive and non-irritated. Here's how to get your skin ready for the procedure.

Do not perform electrolysis one week before procedure

Do not tan 2 weeks prior or have sunburned face

Do you not have any type of facial or peel two weeks prior to treatment

Discontinue vitamin A or Retinol products one month prior to treatment

Do not work out the day of the procedure

Do not have Botox 2 weeks prior

Do not take fish oil or vitamin E one week prior
(Natural blood thinners)

Do not tint your eyebrows 3 days before the procedure

In order to avoid excessive bleeding and poor color deposit, please follow the following:

Do not drink alcohol 24 to 48 hours before your tattoo

Do not consume coffee before your procedure

Do not take an aspirin or ibuprofen for pain relief (this thins the blood)

Price is $2200 and takes up to 3 hours. The $200 non refundable deposit will be deducted and balance due of $2000 can be paid via Cash, Venmo or Apple Pay the day of your appointment.

A touchup must be done within 8 weeks after the initial appointment. The Touchup is $100.

If you’ve had previous brow work done and there’s residual color, please send a picture before scheduling. It is required.

This service is great for all skin types.

FOR CURRENT CLIENTS ONLY - $100 (call for appointment)

For current clients only!

First touchup is $100 and must be done within 8 weeks. (does not apply to models).

If you’ve had your brows done elsewhere, you cannot schedule a touchup. It is considered a new service and must send a picture for approval before booking.
